I can see why Tam would be upset about Kaz and Yeager not telling her about Kaz's spying for the Resistance; but she clearly sees that the First Order Stormtroopers are oppressing and arresting people for no good reason. She should have gotten the message, that Kaz and Yeager had a good reason for their subterfuge. Being mad at people that you thought were your friends is one thing. To join up with a fascist regime, to get back at them, is another thing entirely. She will either wise up, or be further seduced by the First Order out of hurt pride. Like Yeager said; "Tam made her choice". And she will have to deal with the consequences.

 

I think it is not just a matter of being mad, she already is predisposed to authoritarianism. Thus her friends lying to her just gave her all the more reason in her pov to double down on that ideology
