Taylor Lautner as Han Solo?

He is a very skilled actor and I have heard he may possibly play Han. Thoughts?

 

I mean, I have nothing against the guy but...he's not the greatest actor and, IMO, he looks NOTHING like Harrison Ford. Why pick him? He's got more negatives than positives in his corner due to his work on the Twilight series, I'd think.

 

He hasn't impressed me in anything *cough* twilight *cough* that I have seen him in. Is there any particular role or film you saw that made you think he'd be suited? I personally really hope that IF they decide to milk every cent out of the franchise with a "young Solo" series, they go for a talented, theatre trained unknown who resembles Harrison Ford.

 

Can't say I would be all that thrilled with him being cast. I'm still hoping for Taron Egerton.
