Technical question - linking to pm pages

    As far as I know, there isn't. You can hide that under a link if you wanted to include it in your posts, but I don't think there's just an easy code to use. :(

    There is no such code - and that's really a bad thing, as I might promote spam PMs. The technique you've suggested is the one to use, and I realise it's particularly helpful if you want to embed a PM link for people to PM someone regarding game results, or votes or quiz answers etc.

    You can expand the link to include a subject line for the PM, and message content (however that makes the code even longer, which probably defeats the purpose of your question.

    Sigh, well, I guess the long link works. Thanks! Hmm, the whole embedding message thing is interesting, though I can definently see how that leads to spamming.
