Thanks for sharing that post lazy! I know that's exactly how I'll feel!

I'm about to head out to get tickets. Our theater here makes you buy tickets on the same day as the showing, so I plan on being at the ticket window waiting at 12:15 when they open!

Stay strong everyone! Just remember... This will be the last Star Wars movie you'll get to see for the first time. Don't ruin it by knowing everything about it before that giant Star Wars hits the screen followed by the opening scroll.

Actually I know I'll get chills as soon as I see that Lucasfilm LTD on the screen followed by those immortal words... A Long Time Ago In A Galaxy Far Far Away...

 

Four more hours!!! Got my tickets yesterday for a 6:15 showing (anything between 7 and 9 was sold out!)

You know, I knew a lot of what was going to happen, just from speculating and everything, but a lot of what happened came as a surprise to me! Yay! And just to let you know, I loved it!

Oh, Lazy! I'm sorry.

I guess I should have said in my earlier post that I did get accidentally spoiled by several things but went into full denial!

I'm rootin for ya Lazy, just to let ya know!

 

A spoiler I thought was minor turned out to be a major plot device. Grr.


Oh well. It still turned out to be a huge surprise.

 

I actually didn't post here because I was pretty much avoiding the boards in an effort to remain spoiler free, especially since I didn't have much time to really get on and post due to such things as school

But being spoiler-free was one of the best ideas I have had. The movie was amazing, and not knowing every detail made it even better

Fact #1: I have yet to see RotS.
Fact #2: Not only that, I am still determined to be spoiler-free.
Fact #3: RotS has been showing in Japanese theaters since 7/9.
Fact #4: Due to my dislike of Japanese subtitles, I am waiting for the DVD release.

Fact #5: . . . I am totally bonkers.

But I really admire your resolve and discipline, since I didn't make it a week after I find out that ROTS was coming out before accidentally spoiling myself and then became a spoiler freak.

RotS is out in theaters all over the world . . . except in a few countries where it is released a day or two later. People in Japan, though, will have to wait a couple more months.

Phew! That is quite a history with ROTS, and I am so glad you MADE it!

And I'm glad it was well worth the wait!

I had gleamed a few things here and there by accident, it's probably okay to post them now? Anyone want to reveal what spoilers they DID get? And how it affected the movie?
