Me too! Looks like a very natural and cool evolution of the design. The shape actually reminded me a lot of the Arquitens Class Cruiser at first glance.

 

Interesting that the Destroyer comes with the black X-Wing.

Well, we know why everybody is after the lightsaber now. It doubles as a message cylinder.

 

That is NOT an ep7 lightsaber toy.

 

I think Disney is going to be really pissed with some store clerk in Maple Ridge, British Columbia.

Yeah, I realize that now.

 

I suspect Hasbro would be more upset than Disney, but, yeah some 17 year old stock clerk is probably going to get blamed.

 

I would think the box has clear markings not to display until Sept4.
Perhaps the micromachines one slipped in by error via the manufacturer.

 

I don't think its a big deal at all.

There is not much there that hasn't been revealed already. We know about a Flametrooper. We saw a shot of the new Star Destroyer in the second teaser. And the Falcon looks pretty much the same with exception to the new dish and some color changes.

 

That and we're going to know about it soon anyway. Leaked merchandise pics =/= leaked trailer. I mean, Micromachines is surely happy about it. I wouldn't have given it such a look it if were just one of another 1,000 Star Wars toys that magically appeared on the shelf at the same time on the same day.

 

I know they looked at elephants for the designs of the troop transports in TPM - if they looked at nature for inspiration this time, I'm getting a goblin shark vibe.

 

It certainly is a big deal. It's not in the sense that, like you said, it didn't leak anything, and it's not a major spoiler. It IS a big deal to break steer date like that though, especially for merchandise that is a part of a huge marketing campaign. I used to work in retail. These things have HUGE labels that say DO NOT SELL BEFORE x DATE. It's pure negligence and stupidity to put it out, and could get that person fired, along with the store manager in trouble as well.

 

For the F.O. troop landers? They are actually very similar to WWII landing craft. If I have worked it out even the pilot assumes the same position, at the rear on top of the main body.

 

No, the SD. Yeah the troop landers are SW versions of Normandy landing craft.

I also can't wait for the Underoos. Anyone else find it funny that those are only sold in adult sizes nowadays?
