I see that's how it works from the proposed "real" image. Your drawing adds nothing new. That's not how it looks in the movie tho... and dat why fake.

 

That Kylo Ren figure is real.

 

There's nothing on the figure that makes it look like a custom. In fact the saber blades is EXACTLY how Hasbro would do them.

It's a TOY. Movie accuracy is sacrificed for play value of having removable blades that aren't three separate pieces (two of them very small and likely easily lost).

It's real. Arguing that it's fake just because you don't understand the reasons toys are made a certain way is pretty silly.

This is what the lightsaber on the figure is trying to represent, although it does make it look a bit excessive

If you want movie accuracy, why the heck are you buying Hasbro toys? Get into the game and buy sideshow/hot toys if you want accuracy.

That's because they're toys. Toys are meant for children to play with, not be accurate renditions of film characters and scenes. They're meant to in rice imagination, not squander it with movie accuracy.

If you want movie accuracy, you don't want toys. You want display pieces.

You're being overly nitpicky. The fact the saber doesn't 100% match the movie is literally irrelevant.

 

They should slap the Legends banner on this toy. If real.
