Well, I was here but then I went to the island and wasn't too interested in being on the internet. But Derek and I are heading back to Moncton today.

* The case of the ACG verses Adam aka AT_ST_DRIVER *


I have carefully reviewed all the evidence presented in reaching my verdict.
I would like to thank both the defense and prosecution for their detailed information.
I want to point out that I am forced to look at the accused history as a repeat offender
even though he is not on trial for his past doings or is he on trial for spamming. Since
he is in his formative years it is important to get the message across to the accused
and other such individuals that crime does not pay. After several warnings the accused
refused to change his ways and when he created the "We need a new thread... " it was
my opinion that it was a carefully orchestrated attempt at further spam. I do not agree
that the thread was a joke on the accused behalf especially based on his prior track record.
I hope that people learn from this case and it acts to deter people from these actions
in the future.

You are to be banned for no less than 90 days......

good job defence... we had a tough job, and we didnt... although we didnt get him aquitted, he was gound guilty of the LESSER charger of conspiracy... so, in a way, it is a small victory foe us...
good job on the other side of the table to the prosecution... lol, you stayed strong, and brought up some good points... lol, but you have to admit... i dont think you could have had ANY EASIER of a case... lol, i mean, it IS adam...
