The events of A New Hope have not yet taken place, and will not transpire in the same way. The planet Coruscant: a busy, but peace-loving orb in the Galaxy. The center of the Imperial Government run by Alderaanian-born Bail Prestor Organa. Having ruled over the Galaxy peacefully for 18 years, the Empire has had little trouble keeping all safe.

Lately, however, small terrorist acts have been comitted by a small group known only as the Alliance. At its head sits Luke Skywalker, a Force-sensetive orphan from the terrible Clone Wars. He ran away from his foster family with his foster-sister, Mara Jade, whom he fell in love with, and Jacen and Jaina, also foster-children. Little is known about Luke's heritage, other than the fact that his father was once a member of the sect known as the Jedi protectors.

The once great and now dying breed of the Jedi is still trying to thrive. At it's head, Masters Skywalker and Palpatine try hopelessly to recruit Force-users into their service. The jobs of the Jedi, whose numbers have dropped to only 1,000, are about to become much more important with the Aliiance gaining numbers.

In the Senate, the revered Owen Lars of Tatooine is pushing for a war against the Alliance. He feels that their numbers are small enough to squash before they grow any larger. He is opposed by Count Dooku of Bogan who fears that the Empire doesn't hav ethe sufficient troops or weapons for a full-scale war.

Owen Lars' niece, Leia Skywalker, recently married the wealthy Corellian entrepreneuer Wedge Antilles. They moved to Coruscant where he heads his weapons manufacturing company.

Boba Fett, once a Grand Admiral of the Imperial Navy, now commands all forces as Minister of Defense. Grand Admiral Lando Calrissian and High General Chewbacca of Kashyyyk now head each seperate force.

Yoda, a powerful Force-user, left the Jedi order long ago to run his family's crime ring for over 500 years. His base of operations is at Malastare. He supports the Alliance and funds them in their efforts.

Han Solo, the former Secretary of State and long-time friend of Minister Boba Fett, was killed in an Alliance attack on the Imperial Palace.

Tha Alliance consists of many young people between the ages of 13-21, and various Old Republic supporters who were once pilots, politicians, and Jedi. The majority, the young ones known as Rebel-X, are primarily Force-users. They are taught by the old Masters. The head of Force teachings is Master Obi-Wan Kenobi, known to his students as Shroud. He teaches both Light and Dark Side material to his students, proving a formidable foe to the current members of the Jedi Order. Two powerful members of Rebel-X are Jacen and Jaina, Luke's adopted little brother and sister.

Antilles Armour has recently created a prototype for a new super-weapon known as Project Deathstar. Thsi project was originally meant to become a battlestation, but Emperor Organa wanted a less threatening mean of protection. Antilles Armour scientists, lead by Dr. Bevel and Callista Lemelisk, created schematics for the Monoliths. The Monoliths are large robotic machines not unlike larger versions of the IG assassin droid. These droids are being tested for battle against Force attacks and may be the answer to the Alliance attacks.

After Queen Padme Amidala's term ended on Naboo, she met the handsome Senator from Eriadu, Willhuff Tarkin. They married and she gave birth to Beru Tarkin. She later married a young Owen Lars, rising Senator of Tatooine.

This is the beginning of the Age of Rebel-X.



The Characters for this RPG will be only characters from either the movies or official novels/books. This rule does not count for members of the Alliance, Yoda's Crime Ring, the Jedi Order, or Rebel-X. Players may create a character only if it is a member of the Alliance, Yoda's Crime Ring

He later bacame Viceroy and Chairman to ALderaan, but abdicated when the Senate chose to vote him into the leading position during the New Galactic Empire's rise. he has protected his people from harm for 18 years, but fears that he can no longer hold peace against the Alliance and Rebel-X.

Alright, I have changed the story slightly.

Anakin Solo, trying to save his parents the trouble that they had saving the Galaxy during the war know as the Galactic Civil War, travelled back through time to vanquish the Chancellor Palpatine before he could rise to power. However, In his effort to destroy the Supreme Chancellor, Anakin Skywalker jumped in the way and took severe ammounts of damage. Because of his condition, young Anakin Skywalker could not be head of protection for Senator Amidala or go to the source of his dreams to find his mother. She was never found. Because of this grave situation, Owen Lars, the step-son to Shmi Skywalker, left Beru Whitesun and his father Cliegg Lars to find a way to make things matter. The call went out for a public official and he was taken in as training Senator of Tatooine.

Palpatine, realising that the young Jedi had saved him from doom, renounced his title and joined the Jedi Order, telling them everything. Forgiven by Masters Windu and Yoda, Palpatine became one of the Jedi Masters and entered the Council. Yoda, however, stayed cautious of the new arrival, much too wary for other Council members. Yoda left the Council, partially his own decision, and later left the Jedi Order as part of the Lost 20. He travelled for a while but finally ended up on Malastare.

Bail Organa was voted in as Supreme Chancellor. His first order of business was to enter the Outer Rim planets into the Republic. Tatooine was one of the first to enter, headed by the young, newly risen Senator Owen Lars. Owen married and had a son, whom he also named Owen. The younger Owen followed in his father's footsteps and became a Senator. While serving on Coruscant, the younger Owen met a young woman by the name Beru. Her parents were Senators, one from Naboo, the other from Eriadu. They fell in love and were married soon after.

Anakin Skywalker, when finally able to travel, left for Tatooine with his Master, Obi-Wan Kenobi. They met Watto and travelled to Anchorhead. In the Outskirts, they found Cliegg Lars and Beru Whitesun. They told them about Anakin's mother and about Owen leaving. Anakin fell in love with Beru and decided to stay. Obi-Wan was angry at this decision, but Anakin wanted to stay with his family.

Obi-Wan travelled back to Coruscant alone, only to find that more and more Jedi were leaving the Order. He pleaded with the Council that they might travel to find Force-sensetive students. The Council would not hear it, stating that those who were willing would seek the Order themselves. Frustrated, Obi-Wan Kenobi left the Order to find the old Master Yoda. He found Yoda at Malastare 15 years later. He had started a small resistance group known as the Alliance and was heading it with a young boy by the name Luke Skywalker.

After Anakin and Beru were married, she gave birth to twins, Luke and Leia Skywalker. Sought out by Jedi Master Palpatine, Anakin reluctantly rejoined the Jedi Order and became a Master soon after. Cliegg had died and Anakin had Beru follow him to Coruscant where she would not be alone. Finding that she could not care for her children alone, Anakin entrusted them to the elder Owen Lars. He told Anakin that he could only take one in, and Anakin was forced to give the boy into orphanhood.

Luke was passed around, family to family, when he was taken in by the Jade house. He was not the only foster-child there. There was a girl, about his age, by the name Mara and a set of twins, a boy and a girl, named Jacen and Jaina. Tired of his life as a foster child, Luke decided to run away and begged Mara Jade to come with him. They had fallen in love and she agreed. However, Jacen and Jaina had followed as well, not wanting to be left alone. They all ended up on Malastare and were found by Master Yoda.

5 years later, Obi-Wan Kenobi found them and knew of Luke's heritage. Yoda told him never to tell the boy, it would only hurt him.

Leia grew nicely in the Lars household. She attended public dinners with the Antilles, Tarkin, and Organa famili

Bio: Cos palpatine was born on Naboo and showed a affinity for politics. A Jedi on Naboo tested him and saw that he had a natural affinity for the Force. When Palpatine declined going to the Jedi council for proper testing, the Jedi stressed that if he did not get it fine-tuned if might lead him to the Dark side. When Palpatine persisted, the Jedi resigned to the fact that he would have to keep a close eye on Palpatine. He held many political positions on Naboo. Eventually, the King of Naboo, King Veruna, began shifty deals with Couruscant politicians. When Cos exposed him, Veruna abdicated his throne. Cos saw promise in the young Padme Naberrie and, pulling a few strings, got her elected as queen. She gave him a posistion as the Senatorial Representative of Naboo. He pushed her to vote no confidence in Supreme Chancellor Finis Valorum and, in a chain of events, became Supreme Chancellor. He than alternated his time between Supreme Chancellor duties and orchestrating the return of the Sith as Darth Sidious. When a young Jedi saved his life he denounced his job as Supreme Chancellor, confessed to the Jedi Order, and was forgiven. He became a master in the order and as currently been fighting the Alliance.

I will report this to Supreme Chancellor Organa and the other masters." Cos said, switching of the transmission. He sighed running his hand through his greyig hair. [/i] Rebel-X and the Alliance will be the death of me. He thought wearily. Oh, Well. He switched open the private channel to Supreme Chancellor Organa. "Hello, Bail. I have some information on the enemy and I would like to disscuss it with you privately. At my quarters, perhaps?" He asked Organa.

He eventually ended up on Malastare, where he found Master Yoda. About a year later, former Jedi Knight, Obi-Wan Kenobi found them and joined their rebellion. Since then, he has studied both the dark, and light sides of The Force under Master Yoda and Obi-Wan, now called ?Shroud.? He is now one of the prominent leaders in the Rebel-X movement.

Luke Skywalker awoke from his meditative state to the sound of a woman's voice, the voice of his ship's on-board computer. "Now exiting hyperspace, approaching Malastare,and at your service," It said as he gently floated down to the floor from his place a few inches above the ground.

He stood from his cross-legged position, walked to the control panel, and sat down in his chair. "Good," He said, nonchalantly, pressing a few buttons...


...As the ship came in for a landing, one long, spider-like leg folded out from each wing, the wing bent downwards as well, creating a walking vehicle which traveled the rest of the way to the Alliance's hidden base. When the ship reached the enclave, it's legs slowly folded up back into the wings without the wings folding back into their original positions. The landing ramp extended from the bottom of the ship, the door opened, and Luke walked out on to the platform which his ship was on, he then strolled into the enclave.

OOC: Hey, um, I'm really bored, so I'm just gonna post again if it's all the same to you guys.

IC: As Luke entered the enclave, he heard a small wimper from behind him. In his excitment at the thought of coming, "home," he had nearly forgotten about his two dinkos, Phoenix, and Griffin. He'd had them for a few years, and they had proved to be loyal companions and gaurdians to their master. He chuckled a little and made a beckoning sign with his hand, to which they responded by running to him, up his legs, and onto his back, where they clung to his black duster. He then started walking back into the enclave.

OOC: A duster is a trenchcoat, incase someone didn't know.

 

IC: Palpatine did a slight bow and said, "Yes, Chancellor I do want a council with you. Now, as you may or may not know, the Jedi council sent out a team of jedi scouts to scour the galaxy for Rebel-X and the Alliance," Palpatine explained. "And you won't believe what they found. On the planet Malastare they have found traces of the enemy. It seems that Master Yoda and Obi-wan "the shroud" Kenobi have started a base somewhere on Malastare. The scouts looked around and found traces of where ships have been landing. They looked closer and saw a seemingly "normal" rock. They looked and saw a slight indentation. They think it is an enclave. Just as they were about to investigate further, they were all killed except one. He gave me a report and I would like to purpose that I, a few jedi masters, padawans, and anyone you want to acompany me and we should investigate it. please tell me what you think so I can stop meditating on it." He closed his eyes and waited.

I've heard reports on a rebel settlement on Malastare. I had no idea that Master Yoda and Kenobi were part of this, however. Antilles Armour has begun a new project that is ready for testing. I shall talk to Dr. Lemelisk about testing Project Deathstar earlier than proposed.

IC: "That is very good, but does this project use force. If it does, then you mught have a problem. Yoda and Kenobi are involved. They could already know about this. I would highly recomend that a skilled group of jedi/republic soldiers should scope the place out first." Cos said.
