I just wanted to comment to say Ahsoka is still my favourite Star Wars character, and I do not post on these forums enough. I usually watch this one, but I just wanted to express my love for this character. Hopefully we see more of her soon.

Would you be on Cloud 9 if Ahsoka was featured in an Aphra comic?

 

Depends. I would love it if she was a main character, at least for a story arc, if it was before ANH or after ROTJ. If it is during the OT... that would be interesting to see Ahsoka in that situation. TBH though I would rather her be doing her own thing, and Aphra doing her own thing.

I would like to see her in a Vader comic though. Or her own live action series would make me the happiest fan ever. (I prefer the shows to the movies.)

 

At this point I'd very much doubt she'd appear in a Vader comic. That would kind of take away from what transpired in Rebels' Twilight of the Apprentice episode.

 

I think she pretty much surpassed being a secondary character in TCW. Hondo was a secondary character. So were Barriss and Luminara.

 

I think he means secondary character amongst the whole Star Wars franchise.

Is she actually in it with a role; or is it merely a flashback sequence when he thinks about himself as Anakin once upon a time?

Vader goes through a trippy Force vision, almost like going to the WBW (it may be the WBW we do not know for sure) and hears quotes from other media, including Vader seeing Ahsoka on Malachor and saying his line "It was foretold that you would be here." This explains why he said this line in Rebels as well.

So not really a flashback, but more of a Force vision of sorts. However a lot of the issue is up to interpretation, so it may just be a vision in some plane that Vader's Force abilities are amplified in. I think he was in the WBW though and there he saw Ahsoka.

Ah ya beat me to it! Ya gotta love how he deliberately uses a Tokkien quote with the likeness of Gandalf Ahsoka!

 

He really needs to lay off the Gandalf comparisons. If Ahsoka were transposed to the Tolkien universe she'd be Arwen or Eowyn, certainly not Gandalf.
