Too stylized, IMO. I think the translation from cartoon to live action should’ve included more little details.

Per the Ahsoka YA novel, she would have been acting as fulcrum for at least 10 years prior to Rebels. Personally I found her annoying in TCW, but with Rebels and her journey to adulthood she felt more grounded.

 

I'm not even going to bother sharing the link, but there was a recent article by Giantfreakenrobot which suggested that Ahsoka was going to be appearing in a new issue of the Doctor Aphra comics; but when you look at the image and the fine print on the comic, the morons who wrote up the article clearly had her confused with Shaak Ti.

Guess they figured there's only room enough in the franchise for one Togruta at any given time.

I'm guessing Ahsoka and Rey.

 

I wonder if this might be a Mandoverse epilogue at some point - Ahsoka with Rey.

 

Why would they jump?

 

Because they can't contain their excitement!
Also, there's a safety net.

 

Deep down you know there are plenty of fans who've had enough with Ahsoka and would like nothing more than to have her killed or die off already. And we also know about many fans' reactions with Rey "Skywalker" getting more airtime in new sequel movies.

 

Oh, you meant “jumping off a bridge” in a positive sense? That’s a new perspective, at least!

 

So if any of you have been following me rewatch. I have grown from being more or less meh about Ahsoka to liking her during TCW. Only took 15 years.

however I will be interested in seeing one thing. Will my opinion of her fate in twilight of the apprentice change? I don’t think so. And I have a feeling that will bring me back to meh. As from my original watch of Mando and Book of Boba Fett my thoughts whenever she is on screen is almost always why isn’t she dead. So I go back to being meh about her to almost actively disliking her again.

I hope this doesn’t continue as I would rather like her surviving. Or at least be able to move past it more fully so I can enjoy Ahsoka more. Instead of what I will currently do and enjoy it for Sabine, Hera and Ezra. Not enjoying the title character of a show is not a good sign
