I only just started hanging out here last night, and I'll probably only be contributing to the music-y threads, but if they keep bubbling along ok then I'll stick around

Let me introduce myself here. My name is David. I am 20 years old and live in Kingston, Ontario, Canada. I've been a hardcore Star Wars fan for a few years now and was a mild fan since I was about 11. I enjoy reading and watching movies. Star Wars and Star Trek are my two favorite sci-fi series.

Since I am new it is hard to meet friends so this is basically a way for people to get to know me.

 

Would you rather go by David or Blix?

 

Harass protocol droids? Man, I was hopin' I could sweet talk someone into gettin' drinks for me. But if that plan doesn't work, I guess the droids will have to do.

I guess it's time for me to introduce myself. I'm James, I'm 18 and I'm the moderator around these parts.

I'm a huge fan of Star Wars, and my favorite flick is The Empire Strikes Back. I'm a huge fan of Van Gogh and I love to paint. I also play the guitar, bass and piano and have studied a bit of music theory. And of course, my heart goes out to studying ancient civilizations

For my future I wish to own a coffee/pizza shop in a small college town after college and finish recording my first LP.

Oh, we're doing introductions? Ok then! I'm Kasey, I'm almost 19, and I'm the suck up to the moderator around these parts.

Seriously, I love Star Wars. Or why else would I be here? My favorites are a toss up between Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi. I love any kind of music I can get my hands on. I have been singing since I can remember, so choral music and all that is an interest of mine. Beethoven, Bach and all those guys were musical geniuses. I play the piano, though haven't had much time to sit down and play lately. When I get older I will own a record shop across the street from James' pizza/coffee shop so I can sell his LP and get some free Cheerwine.

I love Art, esp Art Production. Hoping to be some form of artist someday (Possibly an illustrator.)
