There are too many bleach characters if you ask me. Most of the list are almost at DBZ levels.

 

No. Nothing I can think of comes close to the ridiculous power levels achieved by the end of DBZ. Now, if you mean Namek level DBZ, sure, they do get close to that. On rare occasions.
