Also, there seems to be little interest in this game right now. Is this because of the sports that are going on or that basketball and hockey are winding down? Am I doing a bad job and its chasing people off? Should we think about tabling this game for a few months and picking back up when the NFL starts again? Thoughts?

I'm all for keeping going if y'all want to pick baseball games.

 

I like the game. I just think people are getting out a little more now since the weather is heating up. I would go with whatever call you made.

 

Yeah I'm not sure why we have less people playing. At the start we had like a dozen or so people picking regularly. A lot of people stopped long before you began hosting so it's nothing to do with you.

I don't mind putting the game on hiatus for the summer if it continues like this but if we get more people back then it could work.

I know....it was more a reminder for everyone in case they didn't know. That being said....

Horsey, you're doing a fantastic job right now, and I love picking baseball games. However, I've been unable to devote time to this game (and moreover, the boards in general) because of a large increase in work recently, but if the game can continue through June I'll be able to play more often then. Keep up the good work in any case!

 

Ok here's what we're going to do. Since it is now June 1st, we're going to take the month of June off. Hopefully people can regroup and not be so busy when we start up in July. That way we can still have a month of picking baseball games before the NFL stuff and College stuff starts up again but it gives us a little bit of a break in the game.

 

This sucks.
