A reference to a certain Mount maybe?

 

Not gonna lie, I'm worried for both Crosshair and Senator Choochie. I hope they both make it out alive this season, but I'm worried at least one will buy the farm

 

For a long time now I've wanted TBB to buy the farm, but I meant it metaphorically, not literally. What are they going to do with all those space rutabagas?

 

That wouldn’t be such a bad way to end the show

 

No it’s a reference to the Summit the doctor was going to. Or it’s a reference to the mountain

 

So these last two episodes are really the end of the series? Is that true??

 

It's our only hope.

 

The Summit will definitely be this "get together" on Coruscant where, IMO, Hemlock's offsiders will betray him.

 

Well that was a total stormtrooper genocide, if I ever saw one.
Nice to see Krennic in animation, finally.

 

Good setup for the finale. Liked the Krennic cameo, Saw was awful as always but that is just par for the course. Not much more to say about this really. Just a solid action rich episode with Tarkin and Hemlock being properly villainous.

I'll give it 8/10.

A Rogue One reference immediately leads to a 10/10 for me.

 

Beautiful location animation and staging this episode.

I guess that was Lira Erso who was with Saw.

Tech hanging of the cable car in the wide shot was brilliantly done.

Was Yularin’s voice the same actor who played the character on Andor or another actor? Is this the first Tom Kane is no longer the voice of an established character?

I always felt Yularin’s voice was the closest to the opening scroll narrator on The Clone Wars. It could be Yularin reading them.

 

It was nice to go to Tarkin’s home planet.

 

The end credits say Krennic was voiced by Ben... was that archive audio? I can't see them bringing him in for a couple words. Unless he has a bigger role in Season 3

 

Really nice episode, a great day for familiar faces!

 

Why not have him voice a couple words?

 

That was a gentleman's set of Imperials - Tarkin, looking somewhat younger than in Season 1; Romodi that is just younger; Coburn with his first appearence since TCW season 5; and of course Orson, with somewhat strange face (unused model for Rebels looked better), but already a full Commander.

Also Tarkin now canonically has a T-shaped base like Teen Titans.

 

I thought that was Yularin. But something was off. That’s because it’s
Coburn. Thank you!

 

Good penultimate episode; loved seeing Krennic.

 

Very good infiltration episode. Krennic cameo, the return of Saw and Tarkin and the mention of "Star Dust". I would have liked seeing more of the actual summit though. Killing high-ranking officials is not the most efficient way to fight against an Empire, indeed.

 

Hemlock is such a creepy sounding dude that, in my head-canon, even Tarkin's and Krennic's serious expressions are from being disturbed by him rather than the gravity of what they're discussing.

 

I'm pretty sure that was archive audio--it sounded like it. They've done that before, with Taun We in season 1. At least I assume they didn't get Rena Owen (voiced Taun We in AOTC) back, just to say one line.

 

He also seems to have a direct line to the Emperor, which allows him to talk back to Tarkin (after the latter admonishes him for being late) with total confidence. That, and his totally creepy voice and demeanor, might even make Vader twitch.
