At this point in time, everyone should have received a PM with a link to a spreadsheet with both player ratings and pitch ratings for your team as they imported. Please check for accuracy! If someone is missing / too old / too young / wrong guy, let me know ASAP. I have corrections already from Amazing and Wang that are on my list. Anything caught by Wednesday I 100% will get corrected before we sim spring training. Anything after that, it may or may not happen.

Up next - updating managers (with strategy), stadiums (with dimensions), logos, and colors. When yours is done, you will receive:

I'm not sure what to do for manager strategy. Just have them be patient and aggressive at plate? Run the bases a lot?

Also, what do we need to set as far as team/manager strategies?

 

For the bullpen roles, what exactly (in OOTP terms) is a Stopper and a Specialist? How does the sim define and use those?

 

I guess I'll be aggressive on base running, patient at plate. Again I'm using 1950 Casey Stengel so whatever he liked

Playing around in OOTP23 as I import teams and build the settings, but a feature I just stumbled across that might interest Yankees fans ... you can now use as an optional strategy "ban facial hair" on a team level, so if anyone is interested in doing that ...

Pretty sure everyone who notified me of an error on the roster has had it corrected and their Spreadsheet updated. If I missed you, act like Big Poppa Pump and holla if you (didn't) hear me.

Next task: updating logos and colors; sending out a baseball card to everyone

 

I literally talked about you all with my therapist yesterday. Not the first time, BTW.

What it means is that I'm shooting to have all managers and stadiums created and sent to GMs by Sunday night, probably with Start of ST Chemistry reports, with the hope of actually playing Spring Training next week

 

Question, will these uniforms look like the nike city connect or regular? I mean, I have mine already but still.

I wonder if I'll get my escape room done before you send out the last one...

 

I love the idea that everyone has these super colorful uniforms and our squad just comes out in dull gray to completely kill the vibe. Like a late November sky.
