That's what makes the PL great.
    The officiating....not so much

Casemiro - Red was dubious. Hit the ball first and player as a bounce off, is tenuous.
I can see why some would see it as probably fair BUT my god it was tenuous and I have seen more overturned than given.

Yellow was IMO the right decision but I understand why it was incorrectly given as a red.

Considering the farce of UK punditry this week, and yet we still managed to give out an utter farce of decision making

There were worse tackles in the Chelsea-Leicester game that went unpunished, by the same referee (he was the VAR official during the United game).
Likewise with penalties, if Liverpool get one because a player was using his arms to jump and happened to block the attempt on goal, United should have had a penalty

Plus Garnacho is now injured for weeks due to another scissor tackle, the same tackle that has sidelined Eriksen until April & VDB for the season.
Officials should be looking at that more instead of being reactionary every time a player shows their studs doing a tackle.

Refs just aren't enforcing decisions consistently, which means some teams are at a disadvantage in losing a player for 4 games (despite already having few midfielders available) while others lose no-one.

Wait. You think players should be banned based upon how long the opposing player played is out injured? That’s whacky, even for you. And if it happened, Pickford would never play again, why give Everton that advantage?

Mark my words, they will somehow manage to win the league and still figure out a way for us to post lol @ Arsenal on the final day of the season.

    cl quarterfinals draw:
    city/bayern
    chelsea/real madrid (lol)
    inter/benfica
    milan/napoli

    el quarterfinals draw:
    united/sevilla
    juve/sporting
    feyenoord/roma
    leverkusen/union st gilloise

city/bayern should be incredible. real and benfica will wipe out the two frauds chelsea and inter, and napoli should beat milan. winner of bayern/city will play winner of real/chelsea, and the three serie a sides are piled together on the other side of the draw.

all four europa matchups should be good - sevilla are awful in league play this year, but have been much better in cups. should push united a bit more than betis did.

    Crystal Palace have Sacked Vieira.

Always risky sacking a manager this close to the end of the season when you're struggling. God knows who they'll replace him with.

The list of managers Brendan Rodgers has outlasted is getting ridiculous. Clearly they’re all lacking in character, okay, not enough hard work and intensity, okay.

The kind of tirade that screams “Yeah I’m heading to Juventus regardless but have you seen my early termination compensation?”

Edit: Wait, Arsenal are leading the league, they went up 3-0 against Palace and just conceded one in the second half…

    Mental scenes at Old Trafford

Willian rightly sent off for a great save. Mitrovic then follows as a result of pushing the ref, verbals and aggressively leaning in on the ref.

United not at the races and a loss would have been the right result prior to the penalty. Fulham 2-1 down within seconds of the restart

Not sure why the manager and Mitrovic thought it was worth dying over, that was the sort of handball that was so obvious that Man City get away with it every other week.

Almost as good as Soucek's save against Chelsea last month
