I managed to scare some guy in a silver car. He was watching someone's house and then he overheard check ins on my hand held. He asked me what I was doing, I explained to him I was a part of a patrol helping the police survey the streets while kids were trick or treating,. He got into his car and took off. I think I spooked him....

 

*runs through the cantina in terror*
