Thank goodness for the legal right to change one's name, phew!

 

My name is very much an old lady name. I've only ever met one person under the age of fifty or so with it.

 

I've never met anyone with my real name...

 

My parents named me after a hill in Ireland.

 

I'm named after a guy in a soap opera

 

aww ok I am starting to live my name now

Just remember when you have kids do not inflict the same thing onto them

 

Yeah, and make sure you know how to spell the name correctly The misspelling of Ellen has been the pain of my life - until I was old enough to legally change my name that is

My real name is Tamber, but my birth certificate says Tembar...fortunately, the only document that says Tembar is my driver's license...Everything else is Tamber...I just don't feel like payin a courthouse money to change something that's not even my fault....I'm pretty lazy that way...

Oh, and for humor's sake, not that I blame the Canadian border or anything, but, well, you know, it is Canada...

My name on my student visa isn't Tamber Lynn Craig like it should be....It's Lynn Craig Tamber...stew on that one a while!

 

Yep, that's pretty messed up. When I went to get my SIN, I found out that my birth certificate was missing a number off it and wasn't valid.

 

Yeah, well, I don't know where my birth certificate is.

No, I still exist, we got the problem fixed. All I have to say is Quebec had better not separate because it would mess up my citizenship and make getting a copy of my birth certificate exceedingly difficult!

 

sadly thats all done with -- i am happy it stayed because they have excellent ski hills!--
