You would be surprised about how obsessed are Pedro Pascal’s stalkers lately…

 

Announced at D23: Zeb will appear in The Mandalorian and Grogu.

 

A lot of Imperial Remnant activity in that footage, so potentially Thrawn, Pellaeon et el.

Lots of AT-ATs and AT-STs still kicking around. And it looks like maybe the New Republic didn't bother cleaning up the Imperials on Hoth!

 

So i wonder how connected this will be to the other streaming shows like Ahsoka and the two others. Nice seeing Hoth again.

 

Probably Hoth. Most likely. But not confirmed I don't think.

That AT-AT / AT-ST Hoth scene felt like a toy commerical from the 80s. In a good way. You just want to go out and play in the snow with your action figures. As a 12 year old. It looks a bit rough now with unfinished CGI. Was more shocked that they had that much of a finished scene to show off so early.

 

It will be interesting to see what the budget is for this movie. its probably over $120 mil at least.

 

Agreed, although it'd also be blindingly obvious that it was the future Starkiller Base to any visitors. Which would then make me fear for Zeb's safety!

Considering its iconic trench was already carved out over a decade before A New Hope, so you're right, it's probably gonna be Hoth (or Barton IV, or wherever Mando crashed in S2, or another random snow planet, or planet with snow on it... I mean, there can't only be four of 'em in the entire galaxy).

 

Wonder if Din is going to capture one of the Shadow Council's members on the ice planet.

 

Maybe we’ll finally get names for the non-Pellaeon/Hux members.

I don't think it really matters. To casual audiences who don’t know what Rebels even is, he’ll just be a cool new Chewbacca-style alien companion.

Plus, Zeb was introduced at the end of Mandalorian S3, as part of Din’s new Imperial remnant-hunting plot. So it’s an extension of the show. Clearly, season 4 became this movie. No doubt about it.

 

9 that we saw in Mando season 3. 10, I guess, if we count Thrawn.

Yes, there were 8 holograms surrounding Gideon in the episode.

So in that case we have 10 members in total (Gideon, the 8 holograms, and Thrawn) and of those 10:

Gideon: RIP
Thrawn: Getting his own movie
Palleon: Will be in the Thrawn movie, no doubt
Hux: Set-up for the sequel trilogy

So that leaves six other shadow council members who, I assume, will be taken care of in this movie.

 

Palleon stands in for Thrawn.
