    Does anyone know if there is a reason they decided to have the Corruption on Mandalore duology to be the first episodes after the Boba Fett trilogy in the official chronological order? I don’t think there would be a difference if ARC Troopers and/or Sphere of Influence came first.

    Most likely because they're still cleaning up from the terrorist attack in the Mandalore trilogy and state something to the effect of Obi-Wan having been there only a few weeks prior. ARC Troopers and other events start to imply a longer span of time.

    It also lets the stronger ARC/Sphere/Ziro arcs serve as the "old style" finale by getting the weaker Corruption duo out of the way sooner (and closer to [but directly after, due to the passage of some time] the Mando Trilogy where they're of most interest).
