Good to hear Dave, but I wish I could say I stuck to it myself. Though after the few months I've had with Claire (someone else Rhi ) no wonder I went back to the drink lol

The stopping smoking was easy (I just forced myself to do it) as for drink Well I like a Guinness as its full of Iron and good for you But I have to get fit for this walk in july.

All I can say is, I hate Guinness

 

Why Whats wrong with it matey (You do know theres two different types of Northern Guinness Theres the Stout kind and the Old Irish Kind Full of oats ?)

First time I ever tried it back in '01 I couldn't finish it, either. Guess I built up a bit of a tolerance over the 7 years.

 

I think I tried it round the same time but never went back. I think I'll stick to Cider and Pimm's

I might stick clear of teh beer for a while. It's costing me too much money

Do you know All this time without a GUINNESS is making me low - Im finding it hard to fight off this 24 hour cold bug (Now Ive had it for 4 weeks)

 

I LOVE Guinness.

But then again, I've always said underneath it all, I'm really a man.

 

Guinness is great! When work took us to Dublin for a knees-up i consumed vast quantaties and didn't get ill. Awesome
