Social The Cloud City Cantina (v.22.0): It's a trap!!!

mixed feelings. very dark and violent. too violent for the hour. Definitely not a kids show. Actually might be more violent than the Bale movies. I thought they got Bruce too involved in the action too young.
Still, had it's good points though. tonights episode jumps 10years ahead. Interested to see how much they age the cast. The actors that play Bruce and Selina definitely can't pass for being in their 20s.

Usually enjoy most things Batman. It was my first love as a child.

Gotham leaves a very bad taste in my mouth

 

Gotham is portrayed as being so overrun with crime, it's fairly unrealistic that it took 4 years for the government to send in the troops

 

well unrealism isn't really a problem when it comes to Batman in my mind

it's just dull, the villains (or the interpretations of them) make me want to cry and NOBODY is likable.

Wow.,
Its a day before the movie opens in the States around 4/26/19. Have you heard any good things about this movie?

me, I have no interest in it, so I don't read reviews

 

Frozen 2 is coming out in November. Let it Go is not in the movie.

 

I found it to be a very satisfying conclusion, those 3 hours did not feel like 3 hours, which is quite amazing honestly, cause of how much stuff happened.

Im tired right now, but i did enjoy it, i doubt you will be disappointed.

 

I must see in theaters, After I clean up my house for the puppy. I don't think she could live with out me during those 3 hours.

 

Avengers: Endgame.

 

Americans are quite strange, too, but looking at our friend, the orange cotton ball, that's no surprise.

The B&B is very good! We had a full English breakfast each AM, which was good. Gave us good energy to get out there and do stuff. You guys eat a lot of food in the AM!

So, the next day I had my marching orders for getting day-of-show tickets for the Royal Opera House. I told Christa to sleep in and had my breakfast and headed out to the ROH. I got there early enough that I was 4th in line. Prime placement! Then, about a 30 minutes before the doors opened, they put out a sign: "One ticket per person." I quickly asked the guy in back of me to hold my place and found the nearest phone booth. Called Christa and had her come down just in time. We got our tickets for the show.

We went from there to visit St Paul's Cathedral. They were re-gilding the ironwork in the central tower. Little bits of gold foil floating down through the air. It was incredible. You guys have some amazing churches! I still remember visiting Old Sarum Cathedral on the day before. Even though that was a ruins, it was impressive.

While we were at St Paul's we sat and had a conversation with the guys working the gilding. Such fun to talk to these guys. They even gave Christa one of their gold leaf sheets. Still got it in one of our tour books. We had to ask, "Where should we go have tea before the theater." They told us we couldn't go to the best places without dressing for it, so sent us to Brown's Hotel. Such a great suggestion. We had a nice nosh before the theater. I was eating cucumber sandwiches like they were going out of style. Christa had more of a sweet tooth. It was all great though.

When we went to the opera that night, they let us know the Soprano had a problem with her voice, but opted to go on anyway. The Magic Flute is the one with this in it...

Our jaws were on the floor anyway. So beautiful!

We so enjoyed our week in your country. One last thing, though. Our last day, we had about an extra half hour, so we decided to try Westminster Abbey.

We got lost again (believe me, our fault, not yours) which left us about ten minutes. We plead our case with a tour guide. "We have ten minutes. What's the one thing we should see?" He said to follow him. We did. Inside a roped off area. He looked at us and said, "You're surrounded by many of the Kings of England."

You've got some amazing people there.

I need to go to England sometime in the future, After I win the Powerball games.

I would be nice to stare at those wax figures at Madame Tussauds Wax Museum in London.

Why is everyone keep wanting to see the end of a game?

 

Well, it helped that we lived near two international airports. Got a fare sale on British Airways. I had coworkers who would fly to London Friday night, party and fly back Sunday early AM to be back at work on Monday.
