Well, comet thinks he's a big star so now i think it's time for us to see what he's really got. If you refuse to rap, we'll know you're a sissy girl and a chicken. If you do rap, we'll decide between 'good' and 'bad'. Remember Stevie-Bombedie-E, we don't like rap.

Oh, gosh. That one made me laugh. Here's a reality check for you-- I'm not serious with you, i never have been. Neither has anyone else who's talked to you on this forum or any forum for that matter..

Why does it matter what they call your music, or what they think of it? Who cares what they think. It's all a matter of opinion (see my reply to the next comment).

As i clearly said in my first post, we don't like rap. It's crud.

First, speak for yourself. How do you know my opinion on rap? Some rap is great. Second, and more importantly, this is all a matter of opinion. Some people like stuff, some don't. A thing is not crud because anyone says it is. In fact, something that is art (thus including music) is never crud, it is something that some like and some don't. Entirely a matter of opinion. Some of my best friends think some of my favorite music is completely lame. So what? It's a matter of opinion. Peas are not bad because I dislike them, rap is not bad because some of the housemates dislike it, but nor is anything good because anyone says so. It's all subjective, all opinion.

EDIT: As I've been trying to say, it's all a matter of opinion, and other people's opinions shouldn't matter to you (you being anyone). So, comet (and whoever else this may apply to), please stop being offended by other people having different opinions than you. As I said, if they think your music is crap, who cares? You are welcome to think their creative efforts are crap in return, and they shouldn't be offended by it either. Live and let live. To be offended by a totally ungrounded and in fact pretty immature and illogical opinion like "that's crud" just makes you look immature and illogical yourself.

you are the only housemate besides me that has a functional brain, which is sad because im 14 and I expect adults here to be more intelligent and more mature then me, but I learn more and more everyday on these boards that isnt true.

 

Some rap is good.
