Hopefully the b/r cover art is the same as the primary movie poster.

I was deeply disappointed in the altered b/r cover art for TLJ.

This will be a turning point for the movie. Not the Bluray, but the release on streaming services.

Regular audiences will see that they missed a very nice movie. Not Academy Award material, but a very solid Star Wars adventure, with great acting and a cool story.

Time will only do good for this movie.

I just pre-ordered the Target exclusive edition which includes the filmmaker gallery and storybook.

The Millennium Falcon: From Page to Park

A look at the history of the most famous "hunk of junk in the galaxy," and how it translates to one of Disney Parks' most anticipated expansions.

My collection, sitting on the shelf, waiting for the arrival of Solo (the "multi-screen edition" Blu-ray):

    TPM | AOTC | ROTS | (insert Solo here) | RO | ANH | TESB | ROTJ | TFA | TLJ

There are a few blink and you miss it scenes not from the movie in the trailer for the novel, hopefully they're part of the deleted scenes on the bluray!

Were you around during the 80s and 90s? Back then you had to wait up to eight months or so for a film to be released on video after its theatrical run and then at least just as long before an offical '' sell thru '' version was released.

This is why i always find it amazing when i read that people find it hard to wait only four months (sometimes shorter ) for a movie they saw in theaters be available to buy to watch at home.

I remember that the VHS for The Phantom Menace wasn't released until April 2000. I ended up watching a bootlegged copy with subtitles months prior.

I joined Disney Movie Club recently, and they are pushing their monthly title (Solo with BD+DVD+Digital). I'm opting out. I want the 4K UHD BD from them, or from any retailer really.

I absolutely loved the Han Solo Film I have actually loved all the Disney Star Wars Films! I love the fact that each store is doing a totally different cover for the Blu-ray box art unlike for TLJ So I will be getting Walmart's, Targets, and Best Buys steel book! every subsequent star wars Disney film I say I am not getting every stores Blu-ray cover version and I always do:D

I'll be getting the 4K Blu-ray Steelbook! Can't wait. I didn't see it in the theaters as much as the other films so I'm really looking forward to watching it again.

This wait is killing me. I know I just saw the movie yesterday, but still! Haha just joking :p I will probably skip the digital version... maybe... I don't know. Because I have the Steelbook on pre-order. I usually still toss away a few bucks on the digital copy for the early release.

Seems Disney isn’t doing BR/DVD combos anymore. Don’t know why.

I am no expert but I assume that DVDs are not something AV enthusiasts are looking for, so Disney replaced the DVD for a 4K + BD combo, instead of a BD + DVD combo.

The regular BD release can just add a digital code or maybe a DVD with the digital version.

Then the regular DVD can be sold standalone with lower prices.

Yeah, we upgraded a few months ago. It isn't one of the top of the line models but it still looks fantastic. And watching The Last Jedi in 4K is incredible.

Do you stream in 4K? Is it smooth, or do you have sluggish load times, freeze ups, etc.?

I've streamed some shows and movies on Netflix in 4K and it's smooth. Had no problems with it at all.
