I think an interview thread is an excellent idea.

 

Since my questions got stuck at the bottom of the last page I'm reposting:

Now I have two questions for everyone. Everyone, Senators, Vice Chancellors, Jedi, Dark Lords, Mandos and Citizens. Would anyone be interested in doing an EU interview thread? (you can take a peak in Lit, or SWC to see examples of these). And is anyone interested in running these interviews if we have enough interest?

We already have two positive reply's Still going to need more than that so let me know

It worked well in the SWC and is definitely a fun activity. I am for it.

I see we have a good deal of interest Unless we have a volunteer to run interviews I will try to get this up and running about the 1st of April. After the Season Awards are over.

It's been a fun thread so far. That first interview went really well. I really like the user you interviewed there Runner, seems like an awesome individual. He should post more often.

 

I think his bucket is on too tight.

 

I am also looking for more volunteers for interviews. If you aren't too shy please shoot me a PM.

 

It has come to my attention that at one time there was a Haters Committee in the EU. A place where if something came up in the EU that someone didn't like they could go there to get it off their chest. Wildwookiee has proposed we bring back the thread. I am not really not sure how I feel about the idea. I would like to hear from anyone interested or anyone who may be strongly opposed.

If there is interest ground rules will be set and the thread will be opened. Thanks for all your input.

 

what's the point, given that there really isn't an eu to hate as of yet? it'd make more sense to wait until some of the new books and rebels comes out before starting that back up.

for what there currently is, to classify it correctly, it'd need to be the legends haters community or something along those lines.

 

Those are my thoughts exactly. I do want to see what the user base has to say about the idea before fully forming an opinion regarding this issue.

true all of that. but now that i've actually thought about it, the term eu doesn't even exist anymore. it's just star wars now. well, other than the legends stuff, but that doesn't really count.
