    Well, thats different
I dont like Arsenal, but they have great players & are a brilliant team

And I would supprt them if they were the only English side left in the Champion's League, thought that is unlikely :p

    Well, they're certainly ignorant

But give credit where credit is due, they are a very good team

Just selected my team. Picked a few of my old players from last year, as well as some fresh, young blood. Going to learn from my mistakes of last season, namely being not going over my transfer allocation, which cost me about 100 points last year. I've also started with a very strong team, something which I didn't do last time and have allocated a special "hit squad" to take care of Everton II.

Those pesky pikies will not be bothering me too much this season!

Not that esy to pick a great team with only a £100million budget
Hopefully players will score highly in the first few weeks so I can sell them for better overall players

I've got a couple of weaker players in my squad, needs must may as they say. But even they are decent points scores and as you say, once the price go up a bit on certain players, you can rejig your squad to bring in a better balanced team.

This season I play to start weaing a suit and tie when managing my football team. I'm getting to old now to still be wearing a tracksuit at matches. My chairman is always on at me to smarten myself up for the new super rich investor we have.

It's not quite a Russian oil tycoon, it's a Welsh Cheese magnet. He's from Caerphilly and has made a fortuine out of chedder, and he now wishes to plow his chessie financial might into my football team. Can't complain really. :)

What? And miss out on another season long dual to the death!

I got a feeling this is going to be a lot closer than last season. Lot more teams too, which should mix things up a bit.

    Yes, I agree
    Should be good

unfortunately I wont be able to manage my team for the first 2 weeks since I'll be away. So it'll have to fend for itself. Hopefully it can knock up a decent score

I can't sign in to the bloody thing and my works e.mail won't accept any information it sent through to me so I'm going to have to set up a new team.

I'll sent up a new team at home tonight and I'll call them Real Fat FF-UK'ers or similar

BTW for the rubbish ones amongst us.
Fat FF-UK'ers will not be a managed team so if you end up lower than them just how crap are you?????

If you aren't going to manage and change your team, whats the point of entering?

I'm setting up a new team that I can manage and change, I can't access my current team as I forgot my password  [face_blush] and works filter prevents my reminder being sent through.

My new team will be managed.

Consider the old team a control, if your worse than them consider yourself to be Peter Reid[face_devil]

Is there not a way to withdraw a team from a league?
