Well if you are willing to take the risk of not being able to cancel your reservation (or face paying for the entire length of your stay if you do) you can book rooms at $159...Wife and I are thinking about this but from looking at the map I don't really see any advantage to staying there other than the security of staying with a chain hotel versus an indpendent one.

Like I said FYI, probably still going to stay at the Fig but I figured I would let folks know due to the concerns of staying at a boutique hotel.

 

Thats what I selected for the holiday inn "best flexible rate" its just a pretty normal reservation, I had to call up and ask about the various reservations and I was told the advance purchase is the one where you pay between now and when you go in one bulk and basically if you dont turn up you lose your money. I am stopping there due to the fact its a walk across the road, I will be in costume so I can go back and forth if I want to change and not have to worry about lockers and so forth and thirdly I promised myself after C3 I would get the best hotel as I ended up in a hotel near the airport it was not very nice taking the local bus everyday.

 

Hey Fellow Figs! I am sooooo happy! My custom license plates were just approved and are on their way! I got "MTFBWY". Yes, it will cause lots of folks to scratch their heads, but I think most will eventually figure it out. The Star Wars sticker on the bumper will help.
