This is actually one of the things I've been curious about since the Disney purchase. Pixar was originally a splinter group from some Lucasfilm employees, if I'm right? And now Disney owns both Pixar and Lucasfilm. Which leaves me wondering what goodies the two teams might now develop, with it so much easier for the two to potentially work together and share talent. Obviously, they are still separate teams, in different buildings, with different management, even if Disney is the name over the door that owns them, but it still leaves me hoping that they can work together to build bigger and better animation engines.
