I’m curious how similar/different the Nightsisters were of this era.

What if they had a larger presence off Dathomir in this period.

Conflict with Jedi interests forcing them to be more secluded by the time of the PT era.

We might see again one saber duel against a Jedi. The ones that helped Ventress duel Dooku in TCW were not terrible using stolen Jedi sabers.

Well we know from the clone wars that they once had an Alliance with the sith. So maybe they where used as a proxy against the Jedi well the sith hid in the shadows.

My wife transferred some of her books into the loft so I picked up a whole two more shelf’s.

But it’s gonna get tight soon, as I’m using the lockdown-delays to speed through Marvel and Legends TPBs.

    My post today, for example.

    https://www.ign.com/articles/read-t...h-republic-light-of-the-jedi-by-charles-soule
“This excerpt is our first look at the moment that changes The High Republic forever,” Soule told IGN. “The destruction of the Legacy Run is the catalyst for a galaxy-wide disaster. Fragments of the destroyed cargo vessel begin flying out of hyperspace at super-accelerated speeds, meaning that deadly missiles of debris can appear anywhere at any time, from the Outer Rim to the Core. In this moment of crisis, the Republic turns to the guardians of peace and justice—the Jedi.”

Soule continued, “The opening beats of Light of the Jedi depict an epic disaster, and a heroic, thrilling response by both the Republic and the Jedi to save lives and end the crisis. It's just the beginning, though. The Legacy Run disaster kicks off a much larger story; it really is just one piece of a much bigger saga.”

Ohhhhh hmmm. That is a weird plot.

This is where I had hoped they would have taken the Stark Hyperspace War plot years ago, with the idea of ships tripping up in hyperspace at random so you never knew what disaster would happen next. But granted that plot was a virus and not an accident like this, but the idea is similar.

    I'm guessing this is
the first major event in SW you can't blame the Sith for since maybe the Yuuzhan Vong. I highly doubt the Sith are going to cause a hyperspace problem that can affect their own ships as well.

    Tell me everything about

These Great Works, Coruscant, and Chancellor Lina Soh, please.

That's probably not the main focus of the series at all, but, well, that's the part that gets my attention :p

I’m looking forward in seeing more of this Great Disaster and the response to it.

But I also want some future books/comics set before this disastrous event.

    Not really feeling this.

Think it would have been better to go with a character excerpt here.

Looks like the Republic is going for a cultural victory...

Probobly a solid movie, since they've decided not to build any military units[face_laugh]

Ever since the election of Supreme Chancellor Auric Goldfinger. His sucessor, Supreme Chancellor Johan van der Smut kept up the trend, and the rest is history...:p

Given your avatar and name, I feel like you should already know the answer...;)

If we ever do get a story about the Sith duo of this era, instead of one dying in a duel amongst each other, have one get offed by the Great Disaster.

    Just read the above.
I'm not sure that's how hyperspace works.
    Hope this improves.
This is where months of thinking how they handle this fails because they decide to use the star trek motion picture for inspiration!
