Jack Skellington strolled up to the top of Spiral Hill, his long, thin legs carrying him up to its top with a swift pace. When he reached the summit he looked up at that brightly shining moon, breathing in the air of fall, knowing soon all the creatures of Halloween Town would begin to make their rounds. But…something was missing. His wide mouth turned down in a frown for a moment as he thought, one skeletal finger tapping on the leg of his pants.

“Ah ha, yes. Our guests. This year we planned a party so our citizens wouldn’t have to travel as far, instead have their ‘charges’ come to them, visiting Halloween Town, and experiencing our charm.”

He spun in a circle, energy pouring forth from him as he sent out his greetings and summons to all those who wished to join in the festivities.



“Come one, come all, the doors of Halloween Town are open to you all to enjoy the season!!!!”

The Rules

1. DO NOT GO NEAR THE BASEMENT!!!
2. Arcane Sith Magic prevents all weapons from being used. Keep that lightsaber/blaster/vibroblade in its holster.
3. Never, ever feed what lies in the basement, let alone venture forth into it.
4. No shirt? No Shoes? .... Well at least you have pants! You do have pants right?...On second thought, why did you come to Halloween Town without a shirt, here put it on now...
5. Sock or regular accounts are both welcome here.
6. Mods & Hosts readily accept candy and holiday treats.

Oh…and fair warning, Oogie Boogie is loose again…

 

The sound of a sax playing in the corner stops, the reed of it slipping from the musician's mouth. He raised his hand, glancing toward where Jack was striding heartily back from Spiral Hill before turning back toward the young girl, "Ahhh well....guess Doctor Finkelstein will have more spare parts to build bodies again." With a shrug, he went back to playing the mournful sounds coming from his sax.

Grins and pats Jack Skellington on the shoulder, reaching up to do so.

Just enjoying the holiday season. After all, they should be celebrated. As long as Tia doesn't...let out the basement dweller we should be good though, to have that fun.

 

Last I heard there was a zombie down there.....................head shots everyone, remember that's what you need to kill a zombie.

 

Jack's head tilts to the side, "Who said it was a zombie? They're some of the calmer residents here, such as Phil over there."

Raising one bony hand he waved at a shambling, lowly moaning corpse, who had a finger fall off when he waved back.

 

And none of them scare me............

 

Well, the basis here is from Tim Burton's Nightmare Before Christmas. So yes, celebrating the season it is taking place in Halloween Town, whose 'ruler' is Jack Skellington.

Do I look scared? And frankly, that's a lie..........

 

Well...there's a reason the basement is in the rules twice. And now...
