As I explained in the PM to tc. I am bound to edit drug promotion (visual and written).

 

It may have been a roll-up tobacco cigarette though. I'll have to make sure that I'm not in camera shot when I roll-up my Drum in future.

 

I smoke rollies myself. But I have to er on the side of caution I'm afraid.

 

Rob! We didn't send any email or pms out. Does that mean that those people are not qualified to join the Hounslow Chapter?

I'm now at home, ill, using the old pc I built on a 28k modem

Luckily it blew up as I came home from buying a gamecube though otherwise I'd be pretty annoyed

As for the pics, please re add them, or I'll do it on monday if nes. Hell, I'll even edit out the roll ups and make sure everyone in the ff understands that whilst cigarettes are ok Drum is not {I'm having a laugh yes, just making the point that the edit was rather excessive imho. no biggy tough. wondered where the promotion was too?}

As I see it the promotion is in the fact that you look like you are smoking spliffs and enjoying them as well as your classic catalouge poses To me, that's promotion.

If it appears to look like a joint then I will edit it. Sorry but that's the policy. If it appears to be a roll up then that's fine. As RSA it's my call. Yes, it may seem anal but these are the rules and they apply to everyone here in any chapter (old or new).

Let's get down to the nitty gritty so we can get the chapter up and running.

Ok, what needs to be done?

 

First, you need a Chapter Representative to liaise with me on meets etc....

I then need you to acknowledge the rules of these boards by agreeing to observe them in your new home.

Then I'll formally request for the Hounslow chapter to be set up.
