Dexter from Dexer's Lab. Second place is something like a ten way tie.

Can I say Scott Summers from X-Men: Evolution? I love that show. I prefer it greatly to the 90's X-Men TAS.

Prisoner of Azkaban, no contest. Although Deathly Hallows has potential to equal it (pending the quality of the 2nd part).

I don't think any are outstanding, but, then, I'm very hard to impress. POA introduced me to Remus who is awesome. I believe OOP gave me the sad history between Snape and Dumbledore. Thus, they are the ones that left inmpressions. I thought DH I was awful. I hope the finale is much better. Think it's sad that *everyone* I found interesting will die in part II...oh, well. :p

Prisoner of Azkaban. Cuaron is the only dead-set genius to tackle the franchise, and it shows. Half-Blood Prince is very close behind, and then there's daylight.

Only PoA deserves to be mentioned in the same sentence with Deathly Hallows Part I. The rest trail very far behind. DH Part I is such a terrific film, and I will no doubt see it again many times.

I know I'm in the minority, but Deathly Hallows Part I was a great film that happened to be about Harry Potter. The others are Harry Potter films.

While I think Half-Blood Prince is a great film, Deathly Hallows I is the only Harry Potter film I can see myself watching in twenty five years.

Mangold could possibly make it work, he's much better than any other option on this list.

Romanek would far and away be the most interesting choice on the list. Certainly the most stylistically driven of the bunch. Mangold lost me with the risible Knight & Day.

Mark Romanek would be an awesome choice. I am kind of disappointed Afronsky dropped out though as I want to see him tackle a comic book hero.

If we are basing it on who we like best in the respective series, Phil Hartman's time on The Simpsons is miles above any one else on that list. I also kind of get the feeling Parks and Recreation is being shoved down people's throats IMHO
