It's difficult not to vote for Grace straight off. It always sounds incredible.
I'm really enjoying that track, it might well steal my vote away from what I could have sworn were multiple potential shoe-ins at this rate.
Which just goes to show:
ack, just realized I listed the Dungen song on the playlist list as Festival when it is really 'Det du tänker idag är du i morgon' . They do have a song called Festival and it is quite good.
I impulse voted before I finished the playlist, but I'm going through now just to make sure. I'm pretty sure my vote is solid.
Nice playlist @Healer_Leona Earth, Wind & Fire vote here (Edged out Jimi & Soft Cell)
@Juliet316 - are you actually listening to the playlists before voting, or just voting for stuff you recognize and like? I am suspicious.
She had the single ultra-obscure Miles Davis track vote on mine, I think it's on the up and up.
If she’s like me, I always vote for the song I already know as soon as the list is posted. Then I let the playlist win me over. Otherwise I would probably forget to vote every time.
I've done my first listen through and voted, but this definitely needs another listen and I definitely might change my vote. There are several really good options here.
@Darth Punk can you add me to the list. I guess I should officially make a list
I'm still going through all the previous playlists, but @Darth_Duck's wins by default for being like 25% Tragically Hip.
At one point it was all Hip and 40 songs long.
is officially in
Thx! Looking forward to crafting something different from my previous smash in list.
I can't tell you how giddy it makes me to watch my favorite songs battle for top place.
This is far too much fun.
Going with Queen. A Night at the Opera is one of my favorite albums.
Grounds for Divorce not getting any love, grounds for me voting for it
I thought I'd vote for Queen but "Grounds for Divorce" wins for me.
was very tempted to vote sex dwarf just for the anecdote but went with dungen as i'd never heard of the band before, and really enjoyed it.
I liked quite a lot:
- Jimi Hendrix
- OK Go
But Blue October! What the hell people? Change that vote!
, he said while completely ignoring Jeff Buckley’s masterpiece.
To be honest, his voice always gave me the creeps.
I must say, I’ve never liked Jeff Buckley because someone I can’t stand really liked him
Please keep your problems with JTS out of this thread.
I just saved Bones of you to one of my own playlists, so that means that I really liked the song, and I changed my vote.
