Do you think it has a power to the words? Like by chanting them you tap into the Force?

Its amazing how such chants can activate and sustain one’s trust in The Force. :)

Faith has a power of its own, it can lend strength and offer hope even in the darkest of times.

If you had to do a dangerous operation like they did in Rogue One, a chant or mantra could help center oneself.

I noticed Rey does a chant in TROS, “Be with me, Be with me.”

I'm not aware of any specific joke thread, though there are some area's of the forum I spend basically no time in so its possible there is one.
As others have mentioned every section of the forum has its own social thread, I would suggest starting there. Maybe don't spam them with one joke after another, but if you spread your jokes out across multiple social threads you can get your fill of laughs and avoid annoying people. Especially since a lot of us tend to stay in one area of the forum at the expense of others, so maybe you can meet some new friends along the way.

If you come back and describe what you have learned in your travels I might even offer you some force points. The trial of friendship is usually for Padawan learners on the path to knighthood, but its lessons can be good for Jedi of all ranks.;)

JCC - What's your favorite dumb joke? | Jedi Council Forums (theforce.net)

(Jokes in that thread don't necessarily have to be dumb.)

Sparks, Adalia's personal droid rolls in and puts up image on nearby wall..

going bush – to live in the bush for an extended period of time, which may include "living off the land" by means of hunting or fishing. bushman - Used in the 19th century for New Zealand loggers. The term still stands for someone that lives in the bush as a means of preferable lifestyle.

walkabout - a short period of wandering bush life engaged in by an Australian aborigine as an occasional interruption of regular work —often used in the phrase go walkabout the man who went walkabout was making a ritual journey— Bruce Chatwin. 2 : something (such as a journey) similar to a walkabout.

Does that help you @Ananta Chetan ?o_O

Do I have to be on a walkabout to tie me kangaroo down, sport? Or can I do that whenever I like?

Well, depending on the size of the 'roo, you can do it anytime, if you can. They can get over 6' tall and once they launch on their tails and kick with their legs, you can expect several broken bones or worse.

Fifteen minutes down the road from me there is a massive 'mob' who live close to houses, to roads and are thriving.........

I've met most of them and so long as you are aware and careful, its not a problem. shrugs I guess I was raised with most of them, so I know how to deal with them.

ON the topic of a month ago. I pulled a new towel down to dry myself after a shower, something wiggled against my skin, then dropped to the floor. I squealed.

Someone decided drying me wasn't his thing! So husband caught him and put him outside. They rarely bite, just big and scary. No, that's not mine or my husbands hand, not that brave.

Wow that is a big spider! I would not be so brave either to hold one. So funny, my 8 year old was screaming when she saw a tiny spider a couple days ago. Cannot imagine what she would do if she saw a spider that big.

If I saw something that size inside my flat I'd use the heaviest hardcover book I could find on it. Paperback would just make it mad.
