Northwestern wins a Tourney game but not Illinois. My Illini friends are raging tonight.

 

Want to talk about stinker? Gators one and done in NIT and blown out at home.

 

Kennesaw is leading at the half! 43-36

 

Still leading 55-44

 

13 point lead gone...losing 61-63

 

oh well. So close, they had a good run but collapsed the 2nd half. Nice they even got to participate though. Hopefully they can build on that.

 

Lot of brackets just breathed a sigh of relief with that furious comeback by Xavier.

 

FDU is ahead of Purdue early. Double teaming Edey every second he's out there and denying him the ball. That tactic might be enough.

 

One of the boys might not have fingernails left after this game. He has Purdue going deep in the Tourney.

Purdue players not named Edey really bombed. They had open looks and lanes to drive all game. It was Easy Mode for them and they shied away.

 

I wonder if there is still a prefect bracket left still. If there is they should go play Powerball because they have a invisible four leaf clover in their back pocket.

Right now I'm educating the boys on the importance of not fretting too much early on as the points that matter most are at the end so if your winner and runner up are still alive you got a shot along with planning out your meals. Pizza on Friday Nite is always the perfect option for opening weekend since it makes for a great breakfast the following morning but their friends come over tomorrow night and they all want pizza so will wait even though it throws off the food cycle.

 

Virginia is glad they're no longer the only ones to lose to a 16 seed.

 

ESPN has no perfect brackets left.

 

Duke down ten at the half while Vandy knock off Michigan. The Big 10 just having a god awful tourney yet again.
