I have never cried at a SW EVER. Until now.

I haven't seen my 1 year old twin daughters since February because we're on opposite sides of the planet and Covid restrictions prevent travel. I don't know if it's the scene itself or that enhanced by you know what.

I don't care what the comments are. Everyone gets a like!

 

I am physically incapable of processing what I just witnessed. I will say that I also cried, once due to happiness and pure joy, the other due to sadness.

I am in total shock at what I have just seen. I can't believe it.

 

Also, based on that post-credit scene, it seems they were pulling the wool over our eyes. We're not getting season 3 of The Mandalorian next year. We're getting The Book of Boba Fett. Well freaking played.

 

Why not both?

 

What an ending. My only slight qualm was how easy it was just to get the Doctor at the beginning, but who cares. That was ******* incredible. I already know people are going to be complaining about Rey and training LMAO. Anyways very emotional send off. Honestly I’d be satisfied if that was the ending. Sooooooooo good.

 

And effing "Macklunkey".....kkkkhkkkhk.

 

Awesome. And make sure to watch until the end of the credits.

As soon as that cape came down, I struggled to hold the tears at bay! Holy ****!!!!!

I had to check the credits at the end to make sure and it was !!

They de-aged him!!!!

No matter what you think about what is happening in this episode and where Grogu's story goes there is one big question left:

Is there anyone that not got a tear in the eye when R2 showed up and looked at Grogu???

 

I am so excited for what the future of this show and the book of Boba holds

 

It was as soon as I saw his hands, one with a glove, one without!!!

 

I almost think they might have known each other

 

Because they said last week that The Mandalorian season 3 was December 2021, and I can't imagine they'll have two shows debuting at the same time like that. I think it's more likely that they were simply acting as if the currently-in-production "Book of Boba Fett" was in actuality The Mandalorian, simply to throw us off the scent. But we'll see, I guess. It's possible we'll get both at the same time, I just don't see it as likely.

Why did Boba leave then not come back??

Will Mando fight Bo Katan for the darksaber?

What will happen to Moff Gideon?

Will Grogu now die since he is in Luke’s possession?

What will the Boba Fett show be about?

 

I admit it, I got choked up.

Then, I realized that it is going to be a very, very, *very* long year...

 

Can we talk about Fat Bub Fortuna though

 

I’m like 80 percent sure that was the series finale

 

I feel like that episode was made for people who were mad about Luke in TLJ, so they made it up for you lol.

Anyways that might be my only other qualm. The episode is still amazing other than they took the spotlight off the Mando in his own show.

 

At least Bib Fatuna had a more merciful fate than becoming a Bomar Monk
