I don't see how this could be done with 18 teams. 9/conference, everyone faces each other? I suppose it wouldn't be terrible, although 8 rounds is a lot. Meh, whatever, I say we just go for 16 (no offense to the 17th and 18th signees).

Ten total picks.

You can have up to one beast pick, leaving you with only nine regular picks. Or, you can pick ten regular picks, and zero beast picks. Kind of like how you have the option to not have three PLers in the Comic Book Draft.

"No B-Level" refers to feats only. Weapons, armors, artifacts and the such that a character could possess with prep time that are shown to exist in their world through b-level canon are acceptable.
