There is a motif for them, first used in Rising Malevolence:

See The Malevolence Attacks at 1:38. It's used rather infrequently, off the top of my head it's used in Cloak of Darkness, Defenders of Peace, the Youngling arc, and is actually used to represent the downfall of the Republic in The Jedi Who Knew Too much, playing over a shot of the Republic prison facility.

    Other uses:

    At 1:40:

    At 3:14:

    At 0:00:

This is exactly the kind of thing I was hoping for.

I would love to see someone do a motif list ib the future that chronicled the different MAJOR motifs that are repeated throughout the series.

This Separatist motif is definitely purposeful, as it is not just copypasted onto other episodes but reshaped in different ways. I especially like the use in The Jedi Who Knew Too Much. The theme is a great answer to the hopeful yet militaristic Republic/Clone theme.

There is the Droid Invasion theme from John Williams that has been used as the Separatist theme as well.

I consider the Droid March to strictly represent the Trade Federation. There's also the Arena March from Episode II but Williams seemed to have wrote that to specifically represent the monster fight in the arena--despite most of the soundtrack being cut out of the film.

    Well, yes and no.

When it was written, it was for the Trade Federation, as there was no CIS at that point, however since then, it has been used quite often as the "Separatist theme" in video games at least.

Yes, but I'm referring mostly to original intent by Williams himself.

Is there any videos of the music that plays when Fives is hiding in the Clone Bar in the Season 6 episode Orders? It's quite a catchy tune.

this was probably originally meant to be a theme for the separatists/Dooku. However it disappeared following AoTC.

It was most likely intended to be a theme for the Separatists. It pops up in the film any time anyone brings up anyone talks about Dooku or the secessionists. I love the theme, but I'm talking strictly of TCW--and Kiner's motif is exactly the bombastic, march-esque theme that I was looking for.

Sent from Hell--depending on whether or not it exists.

Does anyone know the music that plays when Dooku duels Ventress and the 2 Nightsisters?

In Nightsisters, right? That's "Clandestine Attack" by Kevin Kiner, but it's unreleased. (That's the original cue title)

You are a saint for compiling all this music! You wouldn't by any chance be able/willing to share it directly in mp3 format, would you (for personal use, not for posting)? I've considered downloading all the YouTube videos and dividing them up but I thought I'd save some time and eliminate those crossfades if that's something you're open to. It's a bummer there isn't more officially released Clone Wars music.

There's a download link for the mp3's of all my Clone Wars music in the CW soundtrack playlist description:

Edit: Alternatively, MediaHuman has a good Youtube converter, that can download videos from a full playlist individually, if you want something for other playlists.

They're asking if you could share the individual tracks that make each video separately, instead of it all in suites as they are presented in your videos. (I'd definitely be interested in such a thing but I've done my own edits, often finding a LOT of cues you seem to have missed, so I'm not too fussed, it would still be good for reference though)

Well, now you've roped yourself into it too! If you have other music in a more track-by-track format, I would love to get my mouse on it! Anything you guys can make available to download would make my day. I'm going down a deep, analytical, nostalgia-laced rabbit hole into Clone Wars land and the music is the best way for me to fully engross myself in it.
