Anyhow, I'd forgotten about the limericks from the last tavern switch. If you read the one in the last post of the Tavern Two, you'll see that I play not a song but a cue!

 

Wow, I leave as the old tavern closes and come back to find four pages on the new tavern. Crazy!!!

Anyway, welcome Terr! At Mystic Seaport I was told that Grog is watered down rum that the British Navy served to their sailors (one pint per day). However, our grog is much better than that, it is legal for all to drink.

Doggans, I didn't know you were from CT!!!!!! Where are you from? If you are interested, Tenor and Kat and I are going to Pirates of the Caribbean and the Showcase Cinemas in Manchester tonight. 9:30PM showing. Whoa, we should try to start our own CT fanforce, though I actually lack the time to do so.

G_K, Yeah I did spot that. And if you're serious about a digital piano, speak to me. Until very recently I worked in a digital piano selling shop place thing, and could give you a hint or two about what to look for

Geez! Over 3,000 posts in one year? [face_shocked]


After my first year, I think I had around 500 posts or so- and that was considered a lot!

I still remember Obi-Wanna Cracker... The first person to ever reach 1,000 posts. And it took her like a year and a half to get there, hehehe.

Ah, the old JC was so cool. Now newbies have 1,000 posts in like a month sometimes! All the magic is gone.

I'm cool with my keyboard, which I wish I had at college. (No room!) It sounds a little faker than an electronic piano, but I can make all sorts of neat unneccesary sounds like 'telephone' and 'bird tweet'.
