Last Crusade really picks up when Connery enters the picture.
Zimmer is really good.
Plays my favorite album; 52nd St. by Billy Joel.
"Rose, he knows he'll never make the Hall of Fame!"
oh man that's my favorite song.
That album and that song are incredible in 5.1 surround.
Have you stopped listening to Abbey Road non-stop in 5.1?
I listened to it another 3-4 times on Monday when I worked from home.
I love You never Give Me Your Money from side 2.
Well, I've scored tickets for TROS for Thursday and Friday!
//plays "Princess Leia's Theme" on teh jukebox
I too have tickets for Thursday. Also going Saturday with the boyfriend.
//digs out The Beatles 50th anniversary box set and puts "Birthday" on teh jukebox
LOL thanks GK! I had a good birthday this year.
Can't go wrong with the White Album
Nope. And you should hear that album in 5.1 surround. It's off the hook. So damn cool.
// Coldplay "Champion of the World"
Seems quiet in here tonight.
Gee I wonder why?
//John Williams "Anthem of Evil"
On my third viewing of TROS today, I finally noticed John Williams has a cameo!
//plays "Journey To Exegol" on the jukebox
On Kijimi. His face is on screen for a few seconds.
And JW is credited as Oma Tres, which of course is an anagram of "Maestro".
//plays "Destiny Of A Jedi" on the jukebox
Yeah I spotted it on the second viewing. Seeing it again Monday.
Like Palpatine, I have the uncanny ability to resurrect myself every few years.
I enjoyed the sequel trilogy for what is was, but wished that it had been something more. TLJ was probably my favorite film of the bunch. I wish that RoS had built more upon its themes. That's all. See you all again when a new sequel trilogy comes out in about a decade.
Something about being windy or something (who has the energy anymore...)
