I don't really have a problem with their list, there are probably some slotting points to argue and debate. But, beyond that, I want to know exactly who, at this stage in his career, voted Dwight Howard as one of the ten greatest centers of all time!

For one season of his career, Bill Walton was probably the greatest center ever to play the game, and maybe the single greatest player ever.
lol Anyways, Kobe got antoher slap in the face the other day. I suppose since they gave him the first one, this one was nothing short of a guarentee, but it's not like the other one was deserved. At all. Complete lunacy. It was completely inadvertant. If you want to give Kobe a game for that, give Biz Z a game for falling in front of Yao, or Bowen for running underneath jumpshooters. Just ridiculous. And it cost us not just a game, but a VERY winnable game.
List is very on point however I would put Wilt over Kareem. His stats were rediculous and he did win the championships. I could make a case for Russell over Kareem too.

I'm a huge Celtics fan, so I'd have to go with a biased choice of Bill Russel. LOL, but seriously, for my money, Shaq has to be the greatest center to ever play the game. The utter dominance of Shaq was something I have never seen watching the NBA. I amount of dunks Shaq got when you threw the ball to him was crazy. Unstoppable. He may be the greatest player ever, when the time comes.

Overall, the list is fine, though I agree with you about wanting to know who voted for Howard now. Down the road, maybe. Time will tell. Now, absolutely not. But its got to be one of the following: Henry Abbot, John Hollinger, Jim O'Brien, Jack Ramsay, Ken Shouler, Marc Stein, David Thorpe, or Royce Webb. The other 12 voters can be eliminated.

Still the Cavs have a legitimate shot in the weak East. Only Detriot and Miami can really can toe to toe with them. I just don't think they could take out Dallas, San Antonio or Phoenix. This year essentially whoever wins the West is gonna win the whole thing.
I turned the game on just a little while ago, at the beginning of the 2nd half, and just wanted to see if the Mavericks could win and thereby ensure the 2nd seed for the Suns. Didn't expect to see what happened.
You're forgetting about the Bulls, they hang with the Cavs no problem. It's not that I don't think the Cavs could beat the Bulls, but I really don't see Cleveland handling the Bulls over a seven game series at all.
I'm still a little perplexed about that, myself. Though, to be fair, I didn't really get a good look at what was going on because I couldn't really see what was going on down on the bench. Crawford seems to think he had proper reasoning, and Duncan obviously disagrees, so, I don't know.
I really, really, really hope that Dallas has to play Golden State, and that the Suns get a weakened Lakers team that's going nowhere.
While that's certainly a strong possibility, Golden State hasn't clinched their spot yet. The Clippers hold the tie-breaker, if I'm not mistaken.
Well, the Lakers hold tiebreakers over both of them, and that's key. I'm more concerned about Golden State not playing Phoenix than I am anything else.
HUGE final game for the Bulls. if we can beat New Jersey, which we should, not only do we hit 50 wins but also secure the #2 seed. that would mean Wizards/Nets in the first round, and probably the Raptors in the 2nd. i would like that scenario very much.
If the Nets are in a position to get the sixth seed on Wednesday, don't count them out. The game is in the Meadowlands, too. And why are you projecting playoff rounds if this version of the Bulls has not won a playoff series yet?
