Well, you said once you don't read the others storylines. But you are pretty close to meet at least one other character.

Prologue, 6 Chapters and a short Epilogue ... that is what this story will be. So we are half way through and not only have I tuned up the horror a bit, but from now on I expect player stories to intervene quite a bit.


That being said, if anyone replied until Sunday that is when you guys can expect my next update.

 

So the teenagers claimed there first victim ... my poor Sidney. Thanks to Sirak for alllwing me to write that scene and good luck everybody else!

 

Ah, I had the feeling she would not make it out of there ...

@SirakRomar next question, just because it came up lately: Any plans for a sequel? Season 2 so to say?

 

Too early to tell @DarkLordoftheFins.

Candlewood certainly has many dark secrets, but we are not even half way through this. So I concentrate on getting the game over the finishing line and ending my story. But this game will have a conclusion. It is not something that has a build in sequel.

 

Next update on Friday, just to let people know.

Next week I will probably be quite active as I have free time. For those who want to push their plots forward.

So, sorry for double posting.

We are about half way through the game now and I opened up the game for a final casting call. The FBI is about to come to Candlewood and I got two players already submitting character sheets. If anybody wants to join the game THIS is the time. Only FBI Agents are available (in the broadest sense, Agents-in-training might work for example). I'd say I accept character sheets until next Tuesday.

After the FBI arrived at Candlewood I will close the game for submissions.

Next update comes on Sunday. Maybe we will have our new cast members with us by then.

God knows, we at Candlewood can use some reinforcement.

So we had our break in the Jane Masters case and it might have been the good guys. Oh and we got another vanished person. I hope we got better luck getting her back.

Actually Halloween is coming up! What a perfect time to join a horror game.

 

When is the FBI scene taking place? It is a morning and they seem to have been called in urgently ... so is this the same timeline we are in (and we have vanished?) or is it the next morning and foreshadows we will all be gone?

 

From what I have been given, I assume we are parallel. So your guy is not paying attention that everybody has left or you have a serious problem there.

 

Got that confirmed from the GMs. We are the same timeline. Looks like Candlewood shared the same fate as the old Lumberjack colony. We vanished!
