Has anyone ever speculated what happened to our hero, Darth Maul, after he fell into the shaft in Theed? I mean, what was at the bottom of that shaft? Were there people working down there? What were their reactions when he "landed?" Do you suppose he was still alive partially when he got to the bottom? Anyone thought about this? Or am I the only crazy one?

 

No, I accepted the fact that he was dead. And sadly he was replaced by the utterly boring Count Dooku.

Wasn't that shaft suppose to lead to the core or something. I can't remember.

Needs some work but..

Ok so mauls falling for who knows how long but he eventually hits a out cropping. There he force-heals himself and attempts to contact sid. They remain in contact but sid never comes to his rescue him leaving him to die as he forwards with his plan to take over the galaxy. Mc-Lan coming from a mission on Melida/Daan intercepted a final message from Maul.
Mc-Lan came to Naboo to check it out not knowing it was a sith. He got to the palace he attempted to contact Maul. He didn?t answer but Mc-Lan got a location. So he went to the pit and threw a rope down. Seeing a jedi was his recuer he imeditly lunged at him grabing one of his lightsabers. A heated battle raged. Finally Mc-Lan got his lightsaber to Mauls neck. Mc-Lan gave him the propisition to join him and return to the temple. Maul agreed.
Obi-Wan always had a problem with Maul Ect?.

Excellent! Do you have more? Does Mc-Lan "make" Maul turn against his true Sithy ways or anything?

 

Well Maul studied the jedi ways under Mc-Lan and became a jedi knight. He faced Dukoo once on a mission, but he got away. He also hid with Mc-Lan duing the jedi purge and faced one of palps clones. Other things on missons and stuff. He came very close to turning to the sith on a misson to Korraban to retrive a holocron.

Really neat. Who knew? I wonder what he's up to these days? I just can't picture Maul in Jedi robes... I don't think he'd look as good in the neutral brown tones as he looks in the black.

 

I don't really think he would conclude his inner demons. He was trained as a weapon throughout his entire life, so I don't see it possible; however, I do see it possible that he might get rid of Sidious' influence and attempt to sabotage Sidious' plan for his own advantage. Though that was Mac-Lan's fanfic and I respect that.

 

He didn't spend alot of time in the temple itself but more in Mc-Lans Humungus home under it.

Even it was Neat but I like Maul they way he was . That is why I get so excited when I watch TPM. Picturing him in Jedi Robes is little hard to to do, I like him in black. But good story Mc-lan.
