Can't wait for the Sabine, Ezra saber duo.

 

Me, too!... though.. does anyone else think it's odd that Sabine gets the Darksaber AFTER our Inquisitors exit the scene? Who is she going to be fighting? I mean, yeah, Ezra and Kanan can teach her to block blasterfire, but she doesn't need a cool sword for that. One of those wrist-mounted shields we saw in the last Mandalorian arc of TCW would work just fine for that purpose. She's having no problem fighting Imperials with blasters only. Other Mandos? Have we established that their armor protects better against blasters than blades?

 

I doubt a non force sensitive could block blaster fire with a lightsaber. To me it seems she will only use it for cutting doors. So its just a glorified saw. Unless she tries to fight Maul, but look how well that went for Pre Vizlsa.

 

Sabine should get one of those wrist mounted shields that the Nite Owls had in The Lawless.

 

It's been two full days since my last post, so Imma post some more Sabine art as we await her finally claiming ownership of the Darksaber.
