Ugly win, but I’ll take it. Bears did what they needed to do on defense, sold out on stopping Cook and succeeded for the most part. Cousins wasn’t great but was just good enough to get the points we needed and the Bears complete offensive ineptitude did the rest.

 

And Cousins got his first MNF win in 10 games.

 

Oh we know. We Chiefs fans know.

 

I turned it off at halftime knowing it end with the Bears offense stinking up the place. Woke up to read that is exactly what happened. Pace + Nagy might get fired but really if they do it will still be the same band of nitwits (McCaskeys + Ted Phillips) who will lead the search for the next GM + HC duo that will pick someone cheap. Be the third GM in less then ten years assuming they fire Pace (really no reason not to has this be his 5th losing season out of six) and bring in someone else.

 

Its another wasted season for a great defense. We've seen this time and again as Bears fans. Since the McCaskeys have been solely in charge, the Bears put out a decent team every so often (once every 10 years) but nowhere near good enough to compete for a championship. They go through the motions but still show they have no clue on how to build a winning team. For a while I held out hope that when owner Virginia McCaskey finally passes the team would be forced to move over to the minority ownership. I know it sounds morbid to be banking on someone's death but she is 97 and its something that looms in the near future. However even that grim hope was thwarted when the NFL changed the rules that will allow the family to keep control of the team when she does finally pass. As long as the McCaskeys own the Bears they will be bad.

Glad Foles is going to be okay. It was a very crappy end to a very crappy game last night for the Bears.

Not if that's the same Marc Colombo drafted by the Bears. He couldn't lay a hand on anyone.

 

Raiders whole starting defense basically is on the COVID list. They had close contact with a player who got it... Probably because no one in that organization has taken it seriously.

I hope the NFL just makes them play with a second string defense.

 

Pretty excited I get another chance to watch Cardinals tonight. Hoping they get the win tonight.

 

FOX's pregame show has Michael Vick in place of Terry Bradshaw tonight.

 

What's going on with the Seahawks these past two games?

 

A little shoulder to shoulder bump is apparently unnecessary roughness now. He barely hit him. Hopkins played it up and begged for the flag. What bull****. This game has gotten so soft.

 

Arizona keeps shooting themselves in the foot but I’m not sure I agree with that safety there. Dude foot was on the outside of the plane but I’m no ref.

 

Isabella was open. Murray needed to get it there much sooner, one way or another.

 

It's too bad the game couldn't have ended in a tie.

 

Seahawks restore order to NFC West. I'm a Hawk fan (and a Bengal fan but they are usually eliminated halfway through the season). Those lime green jerseys are awful.

 

Seriously how on earth do you list Taysom Hill as a bleeping TE for fantasy football. Flex player? Absolutely. TE? LOL NO!!

 

Bigger question... How do you start Hill over Winston? ****ing what?!

 

Just saw that. I'm guessing this is a bit of misdirection. They'll have a special package of 15 plays or whatever scripted for him, then Winston will come in. Either that or Winston comes in when Hill can't pass. Well, this is Hill's opportunity to prove he can.
