    Damn, that counselor is laying a guilt trip on Luke.

    I keep seeing vague ghosts in the background at Hill House. Spooky.

    Luke's 90 day speech is a pretty fearless moral inventory in its own way.

    And, yes, Dags, let's go for the next episode as well.

    And Paige relents. That's good. Luke seems like such a broken man. Addiction is a terrible thing. Ruins people:(

    Interesting that the number seven represents family and safety to Luke.

    Sounds good mate.

    And these kids had sad, scary childhoods. Luke and Nell were only 6 when their mother died. No wonder they have trauma as adults. They are all trying to keep it together at least.
    Poor Nell. Episode 5 might focus on her I think.

    Nell's death probably hit Luke the hardest since they have that twin bond we saw developed in this episode. And now onto episode 5!

    Poor Nell. Sounds like an anxiety attack of sorts.

    Interesting discussion of sleep paralysis and visions.

    Like that sequence that shows the progression from first date to proposal for Nell and her husband.

    Their dead mom is so creepy haunting Nell and Luke.

    Yeah, the "Come Home, Nell" writing was definitely creepy.

    He asked her if that was constructive and Nell said "It felt good!"

    This episode isn't as scary as I remembered.

    Not a huge fan of Nell's therapist. He just seems to diminish everything she is saying and just push meds on her.

    Scary how Nell and Luke were having a tea party in a supposedly locked red room with their mother before they had to flee the house.

    Heartbreaking to see Nell deteriorating like this. Arthur was such an important support system to her and understand her very well.

    The links between the past and present timelines continue to be well done and seamless.
