Personality: Artistic, creative, thoughtful, adventurous, doesn't like being told what to do, thinks she can handle everything alone, dislikes when people can't keep up with her. Generous and compassionate.
Appearance: Long black hair tied back at the top, but left down at the bottom. (Like Rey's hair at the end of TLJ) Green-grey eyes, 5' 6'', 113 lbs. The outfit is like the one on the picture, but the hair is as described above. Lightsaber is light blue.
Bio: Both parents were killed several years ago in an accident, and she became a bounty hunter. The Peace Keepers caught her during one of her missions, and brought her back to the temple. They discovered that she was Force sensitive, and agreed to train her. Since then she has been training in the ways of the light side, and leaving every so often to visit her friends. Aywin flies a heavily modified Imperial Shuttle, which used to belong to her father.

Initiate Task 1.

Explain why you wish to become a Jedi. May the Force be with you.

 

The reason I wish to become a Jedi is because at first when my parents were killed, I was filled with anger, and resentment. I became a bounty hunter because I wanted to force myself to adjust to the hardships in my life, by throwing myself even deeper into it. I thought that if my entire life was as terrible as their death made me feel, then it wouldn't stand out as much, and I would be able to forget it. When I was brought back to the temple, even though I was a prisoner, I could still feel how everyone was so peaceful, and for the first time in a long time, I could feel the light side of the force, just surrounding me. It was then that I realized how wrong I had been. I decided to join the order, as a way to repent for my wrongdoings, and help save other people, so that they do not have to go through the same hardships I had to face.

Here is the assignment I was given.

Explain the Jedi code, and what each line means to you.


Emotion, yet peace.
Jedi feel emotion, but are not controlled by it. Instead they learn to control their emotions, clearing their minds, and thus making their judgement far more correct.
Ignorance, yet knowledge.
Jedi are ignorant to what is irrelevant, but they are constantly learning. Knowledge leads to wisdom, which is an important trait for a Jedi to have.
Passion, yet serenity.
It is not forbidden for Jedi to be passionate, It is even sometimes necessary, but they must be passionate in the right way. They must also be able to let go of everything, to do what is needed of them. For this reason, attachments are forbidden. They often confuse Jedi, and divide their attention. Jedi who are very attached to something or someone, will always be conflicted as to whether they should help who or what they love, instead of doing what is in the greater good. Serenity is needed to think clearly, and be your best self, this is why Serenity is so important.
Chaos, yet harmony.
The life of a Jedi can be chaotic, but in the midst of the battle, they must find their calm center, and live in harmony with the force. When this aspect of the code is lived out, the others will follow. Connection with the force is one of the most import thing for a Jedi.
Death, yet the Force.
Jedi die, but they are not dead. This life comes to an end, but there is another after it. Jedi must be ready to die when the Force calls them. Death, but the Force means that when you die, you will join the force, becoming a part of the living force that surrounds the galaxy, and binds it together.

OOC On the tenth of next month we will be moving, because the place where we are living now is unsafe, and the administration here has absolutely no consideration for individuals with disabilities. The floors are bad, and the ceiling leaks, but nobody cars. Randy and I are fed up, and we're getting out before we get hurt in here. Randy does the laundry and checks the mail, because I feel safer in the. This is a nightmare, not a home. If I'm missing from the boards for a while, that's the reason. apartment than outside.

I've been pretty busy with my GoL tasks, since I belong to both groups. I have a question, If we have a similar task as one I already did in the other Jedi Order, do I have to9 rewrite it, or can I copy and paste?

 

@teamhansolo You have to rewrite it. That's only because the GOL is totally different from this order, and we are in no way connected with each other.
However, we are all friends. We are in no competition. All GOL members are welcomed in this order. They're a fun group of Lightsiders. I wish they would visit more.

Hello, everyone. I'm so sorry for my long absence. My husband Randy has been sick, and having dizzy spells. Two weeks ago, he fell in our bathroom, and I had to call 911 to help him get up, and take him to the hospital to be checked out. Fortunately, nothing was broken. We don't know the reason for Randy's Dizziness. He's still having stomach issues, and the results from the tests from this past Thursday are in. Randy goes to the doctor on Monday, November 12. Hopefully, we can get some answers.

Mods, thank you for not locking this thread/game. Maybe RL will leave me alone for a while, and I can actually run it.
