hello everyone. I have Internet now, so as soon as I can connect my computer to it, things should be better over here. it's a windows 10, and it's a problem getting it to connect to Wi-Fi.

 

We're back in business. It's so great to be back in here. Now, all that is needed is more members.

If you still need a break from your training, that's fine. Your school work is more important, and other Real-Life responsibilities come first. That goes for everyone here.This is only a game.

much too quiet. If anyone has any ideas on how to get some activity back in here, please PM me.

 

I'm finally working on my "homework". I'll have it posted soon. By the end of next week. Because it will probably help me actually get it done if I give myself a deadline.

It is quiet in here.

Recalls the time of the New Jedi Trials 3.0. (iteration of this temple before this one).

I miss those days, my Master @Nadia_Oomia, and my elevation to knighthood. Those were busy times.

 

I have beem granted the priviledge of becoming a Jedi Initate here from @Rainbow Knight Star.

I shall balance such an honor with my duties in GoL, and The Grey Jedi.

As aforementioned, this was my first home in the Force.

May the Force Be With Us all.

That signature Kato!! That is exactly what my TOR jedi knight is like.

 

Haha yes, I prefer Jedi who are honest and humorous while doing so.

This is why I like the Jedi of the Old Republic era, they weren’t stoic or sanctimonious, they revered The Force yes, but admitted some traditions and behaviors are worth taking a nap over.

 

Um, let me tell you my sith warrior has met quite a few stuffy old jedi.

 

I often think the stuffy stoicism is a sign of pride, which leads to downfall. Its not about suppressing emotion, its about controlling it, mastering it; letting it emerge but in ways that don’t burn bridges down.

Then again I identify more with the Jedi Guardians, the Warriors who know actions speak louder than words, and who believe its better to act than do nothing.

 

My warrior went to fight a jedi called nomen carr, who was the nemesis of his master, darth baras. Nomen had challenged Baras to a duel on a planet called hutta, but Baras didn't really care about the rivalry anymore and sent me instead.

So, i got there and carr was annoyed, then we fought and i won. Carr couldn't accept it and drew into the dark side. This happened about 3 times (which was intersting defeating the same guy over and over again ) eventually he gave up, but he couldn't turn back and was now a raging mess of hate.

I have always postulated what saps a Jedi of his or her strength is fear. Yoda said “fear leads to anger, anger leads ro hate, hate leads ro sufferiing.” (TPM). I argue that when you fear the dark side or the demons like the Terentaktak it creates or empires, you have taken the first step on the dark side: fear. The Jedi Purge happened because I believe Masters Windu, Yoda, etc reacted in fear, the dark side had a place in them through fear.

The same thing happened to my favorite Jedi Ulic Qel Droma, the fear of Freedon Nadd, The Krath, Aleema, The Sith Talismans, and etc that lead him down the dark path.
