1. I don't really go on vacations. I'm good with where I live. But I would like to go on an ocean voyage before I die. And jump out of a plane.

2. Hydrangeas, lotus, cotton flowers, tulips, sunflowers, roses, orchids, hollyhocks, bellflowers, poinsettias, daisies, lilies, daffodils, and carnations.

3. I am feeling decent, thanks. Caught up on some sleep last night. Someone else had made coffee for once when I got up.

My mental favorites are disorganized at the moment. May I instead give honorable mentions?

Animated: Gravity Falls. Spongebob. Rick and Morty.

Random underrated movie: Seconds (1966).

Are you able to play any instruments?

 

I'm still interested in this as a question, so I'll ask it to you too.

 

I have played instruments. But I don't play an instrument. I'd like to learn the piano. And, if I even possess the lung capacity, the saxophone.

Know what would be neat? A trio of men who follow me around all day and play music matching the scene. They'd sing, too.

@B3 Fresh coffee. The smells of autumn. Baby powder. Fabric softener. Some perfumes and cologne. Skunk spray that's miles away.

 

Piano was a really fun instrument to learn.

This October I did a (possibly crazy) marathon where I focused on older movies that I either had never watched or hadn't seen in a while. You can find the bi-monthly updates here and here.

Next month, Jan '19, I plan to ride another wave of classic cinema, write a few reviews, and maybe make a list of my personal favorites.

It would be so fun to shrink down and go on adventures. Micro adventures. Any boring space would suddenly be an area for exploration. Your own back yard becomes an open world jungle.

I choose. . . Ant-Man and/or the Wasp! There's a character named Ava in Ant-Man and the Wasp. That just seals the deal. I don't think she can shrink, tho.

1. It is critical we send an attack group there immediately. I'm right. It's a system we cannot afford to lose. Go, I will. Good relations with the Wookiees, I have.

1. Nothing too grand. Sitting and watching A New Hope.

2. I had mixed feelings on the Prequel Trilogy. As I learned more about Lucas over the years, I came to respect him and those three movies. What's neat is that regardless of your stance, most everyone can agree that each one has good and memorable scenes.

3. A story with characters who struggle with morality or their emotions. The Force always adds interesting dimensions to good versus evil. I'm thinking. . . a book, movie, or game about the origins of the Jedi.

4. A person or animal's life being miserable. I want everyone to be happy.

5. "WOW! Really? Never thought we'd see the day!"

 

What is your favorite song of the year?

 

If we're talking mainstream music that most people will recognize, then I have a soft spot for Imagine Dragons. They came out with the album Origins this year. "Natural" is a cool song. Gets you pumped.

 

If there is one thing you could change in your life what would it be?

 

If I could change one thing about my life, it's that my cats and I would live alone together. I've outgrown needing to be around people frequently. A couple hours a week of face to face conversation with another human? Fine by me.

ETA: Don't take the above as me not caring. The opposite is true.

Fave: The atmosphere is nice. Cold outside, warm and cozy inside. Pretty lights. Decorations. Nostalgic music.

Least Fave: At the risk of sounding trite, the consumerism aspect can get a bit obnoxious.
