My eyes are crossed. I've just returned home from my THursday night decadence to discover a new challenge. I've been hanging out with Nola folk and NFLers...

Oooh yay another challenge!! Just in time for the holiday weekend, when I have time to write! I won't be able to post until I get back but traveling always has agreed with my muse

Thanks for the timing I'll see what I can whip up. These are habit forming

 

I'm attempting number 4. No, I didn't finish the first one... I may one day, but not yet. But I have an idea for the fourth challenge and I'm going with that. No idea where it'll go either.

I need to reply to my own challenges now...good thing it's a long weekend!

 

I'm going to print this out. Make my top secret notes in lime green sharpie and see what I can cough up in the morning after I spend my imposed three hours in my library cell w/JAMA (Journal of the Am. Med. Asc), it might end up being kind of gross. In fact that's what I'm going to aim for--Extreme oqi Grossness (E.o.G)

 

I'm going to have to file a formal protest with my Congressman. There's already a fourth and I haven't finished my entry for the first

I got halfway through this... then my friends got back on campus. So we just had a big housewarming bash in their just barely finished apartment (which is SO FREAKING AWESOME, and I will be half-living in).

But now I must attempt to finish my head-smashing angsty story. I didn't really intend to go that way, but hey, it happens.

I have yet to write a humourous entry for these challenges. I must attempt to rectify that situation.

 

I finally got back onto the boards. And I have good news and bad news.
The bad news is that my inspiration for the 2nd challenge is still lost.
The good news is that I think I have a plot bunny for this new one, I'l lsee what I can work up.

It occurs to me that we need some readers...I mean, besides me and you two, and the occasional wanderer that passes through. It might be helpful to encourage some new people on over, even if it's just to chat and to read the responses.

Oqi, mightn't it be a good idea to quietly make mention in your OC discussion thread (since most of the stuff over here seems OC-centric)?

I make no promises, but these challenges are beginning to take hold in my brain! They are absolutely amazing and I'm just waiting for the plot bunnies to emerge.
Let me get through the dare challenge, then I'll see what I can come up with.

 

Oh man..... just looking at the requirments rattles my brain. I think my jedi senses sense a migrain coming.





But these stories amaze me, I might even jump in once the headache goes away.
